Wonderful villa W big pool & sunny terrace near the sea

Welcome to Villa Lidia, which is located in a quiet cove small picturesque place called Splitska.

This place is the oldest known port on the island of Brač that was active during the building of Diocletian's palace in the distant 3rd century.

Villa is located on the right side of the bay, in a pine forest and is only 50 meters from the sea. Villa has a large pool & which is surrounded with stone paved yard on which there is a fireplace, table with chairs under the olive tree, an outdoor shower and sunbeds.

From stone pave you enter ground floor which consists of 2 bedrooms, 2 with double beds. There is small new kitchen and dining place with table and 5 chairs. Also there is full bathroom.

On first floor there are 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds and 1 with single bed. There is fully equipped kitchen with big living room. In living room there is amazing artistic sofa, dining table with 6 chairs and amazing piano on which you can play, if you have the will and knowledge :). From living room you can exit to big sunny terrace of some 80^m on which there are two seating sets and from booth of the you can observe sea, pool, pine tress and totally relax.

There is free private parking for 2 cars in front of the villa and more free parking space on public free parking 10 meters from villa entrance.

First beach is 5 minutes away by walking and center of village with cafe bars, restaurants and shop is 8 minutes away.
