Newly Installed Carpet for 2025! Pet Friendly! "Captain Hook Sails" is a tastefully decorated and delightful 4 bedroom, 3 bath oceanfront coastal retreat with breathtaking views of the glistening Atlantic Ocean! Located on the quiet west end of beautiful Holden Beach, "Captain Hook Sails" will soon be your new favorite vacation spot!

Located all on one level, with its popular "H Style" design, you will love the bright and cheery open-concept living room/dining room/kitchen areas, complete with captivating ocean views! You will appreciate the convenience of the washer & dryer closet located near the kitchen. Bedroom #1 is located on the street side of the east side of the house, and has a queen size bed, TV and a private bath with a tub/shower combo. Bedroom #2 is located on the ocean front - east side of the house, and has a king size bed with a full private bath, including a walk-in shower (no tub). Bedroom #3 is located on the ocean front - west side of the house, and has a queen size bed, TV and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #4 (tub/shower combo). Bedroom #4 is located on the street side of the west side of the house, with 2 twin beds and shares a full Jack-n-Jill bathroom with Bedroom #3 (tub/shower combo).

You will have your toes in the warm sand in just a matter of minutes with your own private beach boardwalk. There is a ramp to the oceanfront porch for easy access. After your day on the beach, wash away the sand and sea in the outdoor shower, complete with hot & cold water. For your convenience, you will find a "park-style" charcoal grill for your outdoor cooking pleasure. Take your meals outside to the oceanfront picnic table, or enjoy rocking your cares away on the covered oceanfront porch while watching the tide roll in.

Bring the dog! "Captain Hook Sails" is pet friendly, allowing only 1 (one) dog with a weight limit of 50 pounds! Other amenities include WiFi, MergeTV, covered porches and sundeck, porch rockers, an EV Charger and so much more! Come join us in beautiful Holden Beach, where every day is a new adventure!

The house was well equipped for me to make a full Thanksgiving meal for my family. Beds were comfy, and it was just the right size for the five of us, plus Clifford, the big, (old) red dog, who very much appreciated the ramp vs stairs leading down to the beach.

Great stay. Very nice set- up all on one floor. Pet friendly, but there are bad sand spurs along the sidewalk where pets are walked. Kitchen is well equipped. Mattresses fairly comfortable.

Great place at Holden Beach

We loved this vacation rental! It was right on the beach and all one level, so no climbing stairs to get to the kitchen and living room from the bedrooms like most beach houses we’ve stayed in. It also had a ramp from the parking area to the living area and that was nice for our group of seniors. We had some trouble getting programs on the TV and we agreed that the beds were slightly saggy, but overall, it was a great place to stay and we will be back!

Great Ramp for Seniors

This house was perfect for our blind senior dog. The ramp was the selling point for ease in taking her out for breaks and unloading the car. The inside is decorated in a cute beach way and was comfortable. The sofas and non tile flooring need a deep clean. The kitchen is well stocked except for wine glasses.

Great home on the beach

The home was very nice. It was great to have direct access to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking utensils and pots and pans. We were also able to bring our family pet.

Sunrise in Bed

Very unique... stayed n Holden Beach past 20 + yrs... 861 OBW first property with huge picture windows in living room & 2 bedrooms... What a joy it was to raise up in bed, pull curtain back while still n bed & see sunrise! Also liked ramp all way up to back door... made unloading car much easier...
