Enjoy panoramic views of the ocean, marsh, and Intracoastal Waterway from the 32 feet top floor deck. Catch the ocean breeze and watch the wild deer come out at sunset for a drink from the marsh. Relax on one of the covered porches. Take advantage of the large deck on the canal with a floating dock to anchor your boat after a bountiful day on the water. Bring your own fishing rods and crab nets; fish right off the dock! Blue crabs, and occasionally a stone crab will show up in your nets. Beach access is across from Marlin St., about a 5-minute walk (380 yards).

Everyone will love having comfortably furnished living areas with large flat-screen HDTVs on both levels. The primary bedroom on the second level has a private bath and bonus den with a futon for sleeping. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large eat-in counter for 6 and the dining room has table seating for 10. Outdoor charcoal grill in the backyard. Additional deck on the canal, and outdoor shower on the ground floor for guests' use. Please note that the boat lift is not included with the rental of this home.

Embrace the warmth of southern 'Hobbspitality'! Enjoy a welcome set of starter amenities, including one roll of paper towels, trash bags, laundry and dishwasher pods, dish soap, and a sponge. All bathrooms include one roll of toilet paper, trash bags, shampoo, conditioner, body wash and lotion, makeup wipes, and bar soap. Your beds are made with fresh linens and a lightweight blanket, so you can jump right into making memories rather than making beds! While we provide a lightweight blanket, we urge you to bring extra layers for your comfort. Please note that while top bunks, trundles, sleeper sofas, futons, and daybeds will not be made, we will provide fresh linens for them.

In partnership with Beach Boys Cabanas, your shaded cabana will be set up and taken down each day (Sunday–Friday, weather permitting, at the vendor's discretion). This homeowner uses video monitors on the exterior of the property with smart doorbell cameras and/or exterior cameras. Hobbs Realty does not allow interior cameras or exterior cameras to monitor swimming pools, hot tubs, or outside showers.
