Enjoy beautiful open space inside and out at "Ocean Kiss", a 6 bedroom & 4 bathroom Oceanfront Home with unobstructed views of the Atlantic Ocean! This beautifully updated and tastefully decorated home is the perfect choice in Ocean Front living! With 2800 square feet inside, and two large covered private porches with rockers, family and friends will have plenty of room to dine, relax, entertain and play! Your private beach walkway puts you just steps from the ocean's edge, with the white sandy dunes as your front yard!

An open floor plan features a lovely oceanfront kitchen w/double sinks and large modern concrete countertops. Enjoy the unique convenience of two dishwashers, and two refrigerators, making it a bit easier to stock up on provisions for the week. High ceilings and a wall of ocean front window spread across the open ocean front kitchen, dining and living areas. You'll find rich built-in cabinetry warming a secondary living area, as well as two additional bright and comfy sitting areas on the street side of the home. There are flat screen TVs in two of the living areas. At the end of your day on the beach, rinse off the sand and salt at your outdoor beach walkway shower, or in the outdoor enclosed shower.

When it's time to rest, you will enjoy listen to the sounds of the ocean in 6 nicely appointed bedrooms. 4 modern bathrooms offer unique custom metal and concrete vanities. Located in the peaceful West End of the island, but very close to restaurants, fishing piers, bars, shops and water sports.

Wonderful Beach Week!

Great oceanfront property - loved all the porch space with comfortable chairs upstairs and down - spent most of our time out there enjoying the views. Odd layout inside but it worked, would definitely come back!

Location location location

Oceanfront property in Holden Beach is the best vacation anyone could ask for. This house has a wonderful deck with comfortable rocking chairs and two picnic tables. It worked perfectly for family to get together and enjoy each other and the beach while still being roomy enough for everyone to have their personal space.

excellent ocean front property, despite the heavy wind and rain, everyone still had a great time! communication with property manager was easy and efficient and the house was clean and had everything we needed. we would definitely return!

Nice home But

We had a wonderful time at Holden. Overall the home was good but we did encounter some issues with mold which affected my daughter and wife. We found several areas around vents that had mold. Also a couple of places where the interior walls had gotten wet at some point. Like I said, overall we really enjoyed ourselves and we liked the layout of the home. But we probably will go with a different home this fall due to the mold issue. Jim Shelley

Fun Stay with extended Family

We have vacationed in Holden for many years but this was our first time ocean front. This property was located in a great location and just as described. It was very clean and nicely furnished. The 2 dishwashers and refrigerators came in handy with our large crowd ages 20 months to 80+years. The kitchen was also very well equipped with nice nearly new cookware and every utensil and dish we needed. We all enjoyed the porch rockers too! We had a wonderful week!

So close you can touch it

One thing I was so happy about when we arrived is the proximity to the water. The pictures don’t do it justice. Our morning set up took us very little time and that made all the difference!

Perfect House!!

The house was perfect for our 3 families. Each family had their own suite which was great. Being right on the beach was great with our small babies. The beach front covered deck was so pleasant for morning coffee, meals and family gatherings. Wish we could have stayed longer but Florence made us go home early. We hope to stay here again.

Wonderful Vacation

We have spent more than 20 years vacationing on Holden Beach with our whole family. This home was the favorite of everyone. We had 12 people sleeping there and everyone was comfortable. We enjoyed being close to the beach and the rocking chairs on the porch were perfect. Two outside showers made it easy to get cleaned up. Two refrigerators and dish washers were handy. The children liked having a TV in every room. The kitchen was well stocked with silverware and glasses for everyone. The children enjoyed a close walk to the pier. Ocean Kiss is a definite "keeper".

3 Families with children. Perfect for our trip.

Where do I begin? This home was perfect for our trip that needed to accommodate 3 families with children. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were clean. Everything was up to date, NOT old or run down. Everything was in great condition, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was so roomy that we could help each other with meals. We had plenty of space while trying to get children fed, and without bumping into each other. Seating was plentiful. Whether it was for meals, down time, or even to watch the ocean. It was nice to have seperate living room space with televisions. Adults were able to enjoy some down time quietly while the children gathered in the other living area to watch a movie together. The outdoor seating had plenty of space for everyone to come out to enjoy. With the covered porch we were able to enjoy it when we wanted to take a break from the sun and even during the rain. There are 3 outdoor showers, one on the walkway back from the beach (shower to rinse off, and one underneath to rinse feet, cold water only) and two below the deck (hot and cold water). It was nice to be ocean front, not having to worry about walking with the kids to get to the beach. It was right in our backyard. Anytime we wanted a break we could go back and forth as many times as we wanted in a day. Ooo...lets not forget the big trunk full of goodies on the deck. Beach toys, chairs, buggie boards. Next time we won't have to bring our own. All the families were so pleased, and the children all had a great time. Adult or child, everyone's asking when this home is available again for another trip. By far the best house we have been in, with all the accommodations that suited our group.
