The captivating ocean views from "Pineapple Plantation West" are breathtaking! PET FRIENDLY! This 4 bedroom, 2 bath oceanfront duplex provides the perfect place for ocean gazing! Rent both sides for double the fun!

PET FRIENDLY! BRING THE DOG! Your family will appreciate the bright and spacious living room. The cook in your family will enjoy the well equipped kitchen, with everything you need for preparing homecooked meals. The dining table is large enough for everyone to gather together for meal time, or family game night.

With an inverted floor plan, you will discover 2 bedrooms upstairs and 2 bedrooms downstairs. Accommodating up to 8 guests, Bedroom #1 is located on the 1st level, offering a Full bed and shares the full hall bath. Bedroom #2 is located on the 1st level, offering 2 Twin beds and shares the full hall bath. Bedroom #3 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Queen bed, sharing the downstairs full hall bath. Bedroom #4 is located on the 2nd level, offering a Full bed and a Twin bed, with a private full bath (shower only).

You will have your toes in the sand in a matter of minutes using your private beach boardwalk, complete with a sundeck for relaxing in the sun. After your day on the beach wash away the sand and sea in the enclosed shower. Relax with a chilled beverage on the covered deck, or have a picnic lunch...ocean side! Don't forget those picturesque ocean views! As an added amenity, you will enjoy the convenience of parking underneath the house. Rent along with "Pineapple Plantation East" for a total of 8 bedrooms and 4 baths!

Pet Friendly: $250 Non-refundable pet fee is required and is limited to a single dog up to 50 pounds. An additional dog(s) may be allowed provided that they are pre-approved by PROACTIVE Vacations. Additional Fees will apply for more than one dog. Guests must crate pets when they are left in the home unattended.

Worst experience ever

Dirty, unsafe [black mold], poor set-up [3 bedrooms share 1 bath], bedrooms so small unable to open closet door, kitchen drawers fall out, lamp over dr table very dangerous, doors filthy, toilet fails to flush, stairs up to unit unsafe, filthy intake filter and screen for AC, electrical outlets in baths and kitchen without GFI, missing lightbulbs throughout, bushes overgrown blocking view of ocean, upstairs shower door fell off, all furniture not fit for donation.

Great Location

Great location. Could use some upgrades. The kitchen drawers are falling apart. Would be nice to have ceiling fans in rooms and tvs in rooms. Beware that you can definitely hear your neighbors! Shelling was great hear and plenty of beach front space. Property manager was very responsive. The outside hose was split and all it took was a quick email and it was replaced. Comfy beds! Great place to spend a week with family.
