Come enjoy the ocean breezes at Golden on Holden, a bright and airy 4BR 4.5BA vacation home with loads of 5-star reviews! Conveniently located near the mainland bridge, this home is within short walking distance to the beach and Intracoastal Waterway (ICW). Featuring a newly renovated open living area and two master bedrooms, our vacation home is the perfect getaway for multiple families. Each bedroom offers a large en suite bathroom, Smart TV, and direct deck access. Multiple covered porches offer views of the ocean, the ICW, Holden Beach bridge, and stunning island sunrises and sunsets. Amenities include access to a private beach clubhouse and oceanfront pool as well as well “day dock” boat slips on the ICW from a community marina. Additionally, our home provides a kayak, beach bikes, ping pong table, shuffle board, and games to keep the kids entertained. Drive over the Holden Beach bridge with its breathtaking views and enjoy our family retreat, where sunshine may become your new favorite color!

Bedroom # 4 second floor: Great kids room! Queen bed and Full bed/twin trundle with private bathroom (shower). Flat screen TV equipped with Xbox gaming.

Linens are provided by CARE Linen Service, a third party rental service in Holden Beach.

Golden on Holden is located in the prime island community of Seaside. It sits on a corner cul-de-sac lot which adds extra privacy and quick access to the adjacent boardwalk that leads to the beach and clubhouse. The community clubhouse includes an oceanfront swimming pool, private beach access, gated parking, gathering room, restrooms, and shower facilities. Our large yard is great for lounging in the sun, swinging in the hammock, playing corn hole, and grilling out with family and friends. We provide a charcoal grill for your use.

LOCATION:
Located on a small barrier island, Holden Beach is nestled by water on all sides with eight miles of wide open beaches. Holden Beach has kept its timeless charm and slow-paced lifestyle. There are no stoplights, high rises, or storefronts on the island. Holden Beach was highlighted on the cover of Coastal Living’s 2020 summer magazine as the Best Beach in North Carolina.

If you want to take a break from the kitchen, Holden Beach offers a variety of restaurants that satisfy both your taste buds and your budget. Sample some of the fabulous, fresh seafood at one of the waterfront grills. Be sure to try a scoop of homemade ice cream from one of the local hot spots. There are a handful of favorite places to eat on the island for a casual bite to eat, and several more just across the bridge on the mainland. Additionally, a grocery store, pharmacy, and local shops are a short drive away.

We really enjoyed our week at this wonderful home. It was close to the beach and the intercoastal waterway. The pool was a nice reprieve from the hot sand and salty shore. The kitchen was well stocked and made for some tasty dinners with the family. Beds were very comfy as well!

Location was great, super easy walk to beach and intercoastal. Clubhouse and pool with private beach access was wonderful. House was very well stocked and owners were very responsive. Loved being able to walk to restaurants and slushie place. Would love to come back someday!

Golden on Holden was wonderful!! Well stocked and clean kitchen and house. There were so many extras for the beach including: beach chairs, the Sun Ninja tent, bikes, beach wagon, corn hole and more. We would stay again!!

We had a great week at Holden Beach! The weather was beautiful and we were with family at the beach! The house is exactly as described with every beach item you would ever need! Truly Golden on Holden

This property has everything you need for a perfect vacation. We enjoyed a well equipped kitchen, ample beach equipment, bikes and a game room with an extra refrigerator. It’s very quiet and has an easy walk to the beach and inter coastal waterway. The Beach Club and pool is a wonderful amenity. We look forward to returning next year.

Beautiful home in beautiful location

Thank you for a wonderful family vacation. The home is very clean and well stocked and we had great communication with the owner. We enjoyed crabbing at the marina during low tide and fishing during high tide, the beautiful beach on the eastern point of the island and the ping pong table. This home is nestled between the ocean and intracoastal waterway in a beautiful neighborhood.

The BEST week ever at the beach!!! This house is fabulous!!! Everything you can imagine is provided! Two refrigerators, beach chairs, wagons and corn hole were the icing on the cake. The Club House pool was a super way to end the day at the beach. We look forward to returning to Golden on Holden!!!!!

Ideal Family Getaway

We often rent VRBO properties when we travel, and this rental was one of the most immaculate and well furnished homes we have ever had the pleasure of staying in. The home is also in an amazing location - and safe for small children to play. We made amazing memories with our family as we celebrated a birthday and anniversary here. The property Manager was excellent!!! Very communicative, professional, and thoughtful - leaving us treats for our stay. Thanks so much for the added touches that made this trip so enjoyable!!!

We had 3 generation's and were busy all week. The house was very nice and is just as described with the exception of no bunk beds. Which was fine. We used the pool, were kayaking, biking, and enjoying the beach. Thank you.

We stayed with another family (for a total of 8). We appreciate your beautiful home and love the extra amenities (tissues, games, bikes, big-screen tvs, plenty of plates). The list is truly enormous. You seemed to have thought of everything. All the space to come together or separate.

Ping pong table and kayak in the basement. beaches games, chairs, umbrellas. We are awesome family vacation. We also turtle baby turtle hatch. Restaurants recommendation the clove and green onion. Ice cream places beaches and peaches. Rented a boat to ride to the "the point".
