Rooms were very clean, impressed. Room was beautiful and huge in size. Pool was clean and temperature was perfect. Amenities were good, only thing I would add is some hand soap for the bathroom. Staff were incredible. Everyone was polite and helpful. Namkam, View, Nemo and rest of the team were brilliant. Highly recommend hotel.

BUG INFESTATION. if I could leave a 0 star review, I would. This hotel is the worst I’ve ever stayed at. Upon leaving our baggage in our room to step out for dinner, we return to find ants crawling ALL OVER AND INTO our luggage. The hotel’s initial solution was to offer to spray everything down with ant poison, which we did as we did not want to track bugs back home. We requested a refund directly with the hotel and through our booking partner but the hotel denied both us and our booking partner a refund for this stay. We didn’t get to our new room until 5:21AM, and as we were waiting for our new room, there was a dog fight of 3-5 dogs that broke out outside of the lobby in the middle of the night. This hotel is also in the middle of nowhere and there are many large guard dogs in surrounding properties making the area un walkable for non locals. If you have ANY other options for places to stay, I’d urge you to choose those over this place. Abysmal service, awful amenities and worst hotel experience I’ve ever had.

Nice place to stay at. We used it to do the national park tour. We booked the trip at the reception. The room was big and the bed comfortable. The restaurant has good food and excellent cocktails.

We booked a tour through the hotel a day before we arrived , and once we checked in the lady in the front desk tried to convince us to take a private tour instead the one we booked. Soon after we found out the tour we booked was unavailabe. Not only we were left without a tour (which was the reason we got to this hotel), the fact that the lady did not take any responsability the she or someone else from the hotel did a mistake that left us without a tour was very was very infuriating.

We stayed for one night before our trip to Khao Sok National park. It’s in a really convenient location. We stayed in a pool access room which was lovely and very comfortable. Would definitely stay again! We went to a lovely restaurant down the road called Wang aww and the food was very good!

The views from the rooms are amazing. The restaurant is pretty decent and they have live music every night which is a nice touch. Around the resort. There isn't a ton of other things going on, so you're going to be pretty much tied to the actual resort.

Great overnight oasis in alpine surroundings. Excellent evening meal Nice pool room Only real criticism is shower floor ( and overall bathroom tiles) are very slippery when wet so take care!

Great place to stay for a night or two right near Khao Sok National Park. Very quiet and beautiful surroundings. Pools were refreshing and clean. Staff was really nice also.
