Situated in Surf Beach is this fantastic double-story holiday home with a lovely water view outlook and located in a very convenient location.

With 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a living area, there is enough room for the entire family. This modern home includes two levels and a large outdoor area.

The nearest beach and other great amenities are only a few minutes away. There are parks nearby, perfect to have a picnic or take your little ones for a small playing time.

THE SPACE
Located a stone's throw to the beach, this beautiful holiday home will not disappoint. Bring your children, family, and friends along.

The upper level comprises the well-appointed kitchen that offers a cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Also on the upper level is the living/dining room and the master bedroom with a spacious walk-in robe and ensuite.

The lower level offers 2 further bedrooms, a family bathroom, and another living area with a TV.

The house is in a residential street with surrounding permanent tenants so we only rent to mature guests that will remain respectful to our neighbours. The house is to be used for relaxation-style holidaying, loud parties are prohibited.

GUEST ACCESS
A quintessential seaside residence where you can enjoy your holiday and just unwind. This home sleeps 6 guests across 3 bedrooms. The home can sleep an additional 4 more guests (Up to 10 guests). These beds are in family / living area / common areas. Please see layout below.

Additional Sleeping Area:
Family / Living Room: 2x Double Sofa Beds (Upstairs)

Included in the home: doona, doona cover, pillows and bath mats.

What to bring: fitted sheets, flat sheets, pillowcases, beach towels, bath towels, tea towels and hand towels.

Guests have the choice of:

BYO Linen / Towels - Guests bring their own fitted, sheets, flat sheets and pillowcases for each bed. Guests also bring their beach, bath and tea towels along with hand towels and bathmats. Refer to the home’s description for the bedding configurations.

Linen Set Hire - Guests can hire full linen set for $30 per bed which includes a fitted sheet, flat sheet and pillowcases. Bunk beds are classed as two beds. All beds are the same price.

Towel Set Hire - Guests can hire a towel set for $10 per person which includes 1 bath towel and 2 tea towels (for only the first ordered towel set).

Bathroom Set Hire - Guests can hire a bathroom set for $10 per bathroom which includes a bathmat and hand towel.

Delivery Fee - If any items are hired, there will be a one-off delivery/set-up fee of $40.

If the stay is longer than 7 days, ask management for any additional pricing.

For linen or towel hires, advise Ready Set Stay with 48 hours notice as last-minute requests may not be possible.

Lost or damaged hired linen/towels may incur costs.

Ready Set Stay will assume no linen or towel sets are requested for hire unless advised.

** We ask all guests to please clean the BBQ after use, or a $50 fee will be charged.

NEIGHBOURHOOD
The neighbourhood is safe and family friendly. Your guest guidebook/house manual (linked in your welcome message) also includes recommendations on things to do in the area, dining options, and local attractions. A QR code for the manual is also available at the property. If you need any guidance, reach out to our team, we are happy to help.

GETTING AROUND
There is parking available for your stay. We can provide parking information if required. Please ask us any questions.

ADDITIONAL RULES
Strictly no schoolies, parties or events. Mature guests only. The property is patrolled by security. If neighbours complain or the police are called this could affect your bond and we reserve the right to evict guests.

Bookings can only be confirmed once the verification process has been completed.

Access details will be available for you to enter directly at the home and therefore unfortunately we do not get a chance to meet, but this provides a simple and convenient way for you to enter and depart the home easily.
