Beds (4): Master = queen + single, Guest = queen + single. Newly renovated, with new tile and hardwood floor.
You will enjoy your stay in this condo and this area, plus many great seafood restaurants in nearby Murrells Inlet. (Please book Sat-Sat for Spring/Summer weeks).

- close to beach. Didn't like not being informed a head of time that a bug guy was coming, next day saw 3 live cockroaches in kitchen. Very dirty under furniture, empty pizza box in bedroom nightstand, beds are very uncomfortable.

Clean and great location

We loved the location and the fact that there were two beds in each room. It was a close walk to the beach and the pool was nice. The place is very outdated to the point of the beds being extremely uncomfortable. The toaster only works if you hold it down while making toast and then only toasts one side of the bread. The owner stopped by a few times which was a bit odd and even though we had an 8 night stay there was only one trash bag. We told him about it on day two but he never brought more. We also only got one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom for eight nights so we had to buy some. The location and price were great but due to the beds being so uncomfortable we wouldn't stay again. Hopefully he'll invest some money in upgrading a few things.

I really loved the price and the location-right across the road from the beach-and close to two access paths to the beach. Nice balcony. Ceiling fans in every room was nice and having full kitchen and laundry was great. The one bedroom had a really squeaky queen bed-so that was uncomfortable. Many of us did not have hot water for showers. There was also a sign to keep the thermostat at 76 degrees.

Great location, amenities, and very nice place!

This unit is very cute and has an excellent layout. The location can't be beat, such a short walk to the beach. The pool was a big hit with our kids. The only thing that we didn't like was that it seemed one room had not been cleaned before our arrival. The sheets in the bed were sandy and there were granola bar wrappers and tissues under the bed. The rest of the house was very clean though so I think it was just a mistake and likely not a common one. The only other thing was that the bed themselves were not very comfortable. Everything else about this place was really wonderful!

Cousins trip

The condo was clean and very well stocked. It is a little dated but was adequate. It is just across the street from the beach. This is a first floor unit but there is a few steps to access the condo. Dave was there when we got there and he was very pleasant. I wouldn't hesitate to rent this unit again.

Great place

Across the street from the beach. Beach access has a restroom which is nice. I have stayed in the condo four different times. Dave is great to work with and we plan on booking it again. Nice condo and pool. You can’t beat it for the price!
