The Neighborhood:
Seaside is part of a three-home retreat known as Patten Bay Retreat! Each home can be rented separately, or all three homes can be rented as one which would accommodate up to 16 guests. The shore access for Seaside is directly in front of the home. The shore access is available for all three homes and guests are asked to be respectful of others using the shore.

Good place

Really good location but depending on the place you get it might be a small distance from the ocean (though you will be able to see it from the balcony). The facilities are all in place and are all pretty good- all cons are very minor, like the TV sound being low and only one washroom for a property that can house 8 (we were just 4 people so wasn't that bad)
