Front service was really nice , faucet in sink was broken, there was people smoking and drinking outside and noise. It felt unsafe, but it turned out everything was good thank God. The outside of the hotel is just dirty and not maintained.

A little run down, but clean

Check in was quick and easy. There was a $20 fee per pet. The room was a little run down, but clean. The towels and bed linen were all clean and free from stains. The furniture was worn and the mattress was really soft. There was a fridge and coffee maker. The exterior of the hotel could use some maintenance, like landscaping. Breakfast is provided by obtaining a voucher from the front desk to the restaurant next door. Overall, I would stay here again for a night if I needed to.

I liked the large spacious room. Would have liked to open bathroom window, but the screen was missing. There seems to be no ventilation for the shower room. Furnishings were nice and in good condition.

Conveniently located on our drive to Utah. Parking was difficult, no elevator so getting our luggage to the room was not easy since we couldn't park close and we were on the 2nd floor. When we arrived our door to the room was open.

There were a lot of construction workers staying here and surprisingly they were not loud. But the ac units in every room were extremely loud. The breakfast at the lumber jack complimentary was very good. The waitress was working hard and we left a generous tip. The front staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I give staff 6 stars

This is our second stay at this property. Rooms have been newly renovated. Pet friendly. They have breakfast vouchers for a restaurant next door that was quick and convenient.

Older hotel. Needs a good deep cleaning. Paper thin walls. We could hear everything next door. Wood blinds made it difficult to get the room dark. Bathroom fan was super noisy. Saving grace was the exce, friendly staff

Comfortable stay as we made our way towards Mammoth. The breakfast voucher for breakfast was nice change from the typical"free breakfast". Helpful and friendly staff. Plenty of hot water for my shower. Would stay here again if in Susanville!

Cobwebs laced the ceiling, dead bugs on the bathroom wall, my white socks were black after walking across the floor. No matter how nice the staff is, a room like this leaves you wanting to sleep in your car.
