In a stunning location in the charming town of Sutivan on the island of BraÄ, Villa Galerija Sutivan is nestled, offering a perfect view of the BraÄ Channel and the surrounding nature.
The space
This modern villa was built in 2022 and provides 190 m2 of living space for its guests, with a total property area of 305 m2. It can accommodate a maximum of 8 people, with the optimal number being 6.
Guests will stay in 3 bedrooms with double beds (160x200), and two additional persons can use the 2 sofa beds (140x200 and 160x200). Each room has its own en-suite bathroom with a shower cabin, a covered balcony with a sea view, a smart TV, comfortable chairs, and work desks. One room also features an additional refrigerator and a pull-out sofa.
The living room is furnished with designer furniture from a well-known Croatian furniture factory, a modular sofa, chairs, several tables, and antique furniture pieces for comfortable TV watching. Numerous artworks such as sculptures and paintings adorn the space.
The highlight is the original sculpture "Girl with a Cat - Stivanka" by academic sculptor Ante StriniÄ, situated on the waterfront in Sutivan, becoming one of the symbols of the town.
There is also a modern and fully equipped kitchen connected to the indoor dining area for 6 people and large sliding doors leading to the outdoor covered space with a dining table for 8.
On the ground floor, there is an outdoor terrace with a 34 m2 pool (1.45 m deep), an outdoor shower, and a sunbathing area with loungers. Traditional Dalmatian dishes can be prepared on the outdoor wood and charcoal grill equipped with grilling or roasting utensils.
The garden features several tables and outdoor chairs where guests can enjoy the shade or the sun. The second-floor terrace, measuring 35 m2, is equipped with a seating set, two chairs, and tables.
Additional amenities include 2 separate toilets, a washing machine, an iron, a high chair, and a crib for the youngest guests. For the ultimate relaxation of body and soul, a sauna is available, allowing guests to forget all their worries and simply enjoy.
The villa's courtyard is completely fenced, offering one private parking space, while an additional space is located outside the courtyard.
What makes Villa Galerija Sutivan special is its central location on the edge of the pedestrian zone in a non-traffic dead-end street, providing a beautiful view of Sutivan, the BraÄ Channel, and the sea from all parts of the house.
The area and the house itself are part of the protected cultural-historical heritage of the settlement of Sutivan, according to the decision of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Croatia.
The villa's uniqueness is also reflected in its enrichment with numerous paintings, sculptures, and artworks by Croatian artists, whose works are found in art galleries, cities, and squares throughout Croatia and the world.
