NĂ€chst gröĂere Stadt mit Einkaufs- und Restaurantmöglichkeiten mindestens 1 Std entfernt. Restaurant im Hotel sehr gut. Zimmer sind sehr schön aber hellhörig.
Staff very helpful. As a small lodge and the only accommodation along a very remote route, they offered very personalized service. Property is clearly aging but well maintained and clean. The view drinking morning coffee was unmatched!
Wonderful lodge set in an amazing place with wonderful views. Great facility with very nice shared indoor and outdoor spaces.
Food at the restaurant was hit or miss: the charcuterie plate and Hangar steak were excellent. The cheddar soup and the broccoli that came with the steak were so over-salted that they were nearly inedible. Ended up dipping our bread in the cheddar soup to negate the salt. Sadly the creme brulee was overcooked and had the texture of jello pudding.
Outside of the hotel was very pretty with fireweed flowers but the rooms were located under the restaurant so it was very loud. The French onion miso soup was very salty. It should've been just the regular French onion soup itself. Miso is very salty alone.
The room and bed were great. The staff was rude and offensive at checkout. Asked where we were from, then made rude and offensive comments about our state called our state and went further to ask what part of the state and then made rude comments about women in our state. we will not be back or recommend this lodge.
Unique Location with fantastic Mountain views; surprisingly good Dinner a la carte reasonably priced; our (Basic) room was Motel Like To the back, small, small windows but clean
Nice property and food on site. Great views. When driving past other lodges they didnât look as nice as this one. Saw helicopter come and go so if interested in heli tour that may be an option.
Beautiful grounds and lodge! The food was absolutely amazing I had dinner and breakfast worth the money, lots of options, delicious! Staff Gary and chef Casey were so friendly! I will recommend!!
The location of this property is awesome, and view is peaceful but the room we booked was tiny, there were nails sticking out of the carpet that hurt me, the air-conditioning was not working as well - I booked the basic room and that is definitely what i got. There is a common area like a living room that people are hanging out at - so make sure you are comfortable with that. Nothing against the property - just level your expectations that the stays is very basic and i would compare it a motel experience.
There is a beautiful lodge but that is not where you stay. Sleep room is in a separate somewhat cheaply built bank of rooms. The staff announced there were no restaurant services that evening but we could go up the road a couple of miles to Sheep Mountain. My advice, just go to Sheep Mountain. It has nice cabins and a very nice restaurant.
