I stayed here for a week. The hotel was nice as was the staff. Also there are lots of restaurants and bars right outside the hotel doors and I never had to go far to eat an incredible meal.

The location was a bit inconvenient. Also, the rooms had nowhere to sit--no chairs to sit at the desk. There were footstool things but they were not suitable. The walls are pretty thin. I could hear too much of what others were doing. The staff was hepful and kind, so that made up for some of the other things.

Nice space, nice staff.

We enjoyed our time at the hotel. The staff was very helpful and went the extra mile. Some of them did not have much English ability, but I felt their helpful attitude made up for that. The room itself was modern and nice - 4 people per room fit comfortably in the large rooms. The location is right near a nightlife area but the hotel itself is a bit removed, so you can join in the festivities or rest quietly as you prefer.

Very clean, comfy, and modern. With a kind staff. Very high quality for the low price. (They just need better Wi-Fi service.) My daughter and I really enjoyed our stay here. If you ever come to Suwon South Korea, I highly recommend this hotel.

First off, the room was way smaller than what I expected. I wasn't even given the same room they sent me via email. Secondly, what bothered me the most is that it smelt like an ashtray. I asked for a non-smoking room (I'm an asthmatic) so this was extremely bothersome. There were many things that bothered me but these being the most important. I would never book from this hotel again.
