Not that great

Room condition unfortunately did not live up to the website pictures. Carpets were in stained and the cleanliness of the bed sheets was pretty questionable. Good central location although the room I landed had a main road outside it

Very Nice Hotel for a budget.

This hotel was fairly nice, hotel staff were friendly, very little english spoken. The only issue was, the walls were falling apart when touched.

good location n clean room but super lousy service

The hotel has a perfect location, very near to a train station n bus stop. So basically traveling ard suzhou is not problem at all. Also it is besides the shopping area where u can reach in 5 min, food n shopping no problem at all at anytime. Fast food open 24hrs too. But the most of the staffs are not helpful and some even give u a black face. And when u ask them for direction, they give u direction half done n u need to figure the rest urself. They wun go extra mile to help u. Of course there is one or two helpful staffs so u need luck to who helping at the point of time.

Great location

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. Hotel is average standard for 3 stars. Room is ok but can be better cleaned on some parts which looks old/torn and dusty. Location is great, metro is right in front of the hotel though we didn't go there. There are lots of shopping places and restaurants nearby the hotel.

Very good location as it is located just outside the Le Qiao MRT station. The wall painting has fell off which left an unpleasant view to the room.

Great location, Clean, comfy bed & good attitude.

Though a very tired trip from Nanjing airport by rail & subway to Suzhou, surprised to see the hotel in front of me when I got out of the subway Leqiao station Exit 6. Very easy walk about distance to city central with eateries. Many buses to tourist attractions at only RMB1. Though hotel is clean, tidy with good attitude staff, if the building material used and toilet drainage is further improved, it will even be a greater higher value for money hotel.

I stayed here with my family. The staff were great and friendly. They understand a bit of English, which was really helpful. The location is perfect! It's right outside a subway station and it's within walking distance to the canal and also the shops near by.

Early booking and it's amazingly cheap. Quite convenient as it's close to metro and just in the city center. The hotel is quite big, clean and good facilitated.

Nice and pleasant hotel. Just beside the subway.

The room is quite new and the price is reasonable if you book via Expedia or other agents; walk-in rates are higher. Except for the loud noises caused by other guests closing doors, all else is good. The bed and pillows are comfortable, room comes with slipper, hair-dryer and LCD TV. Security of the hotel is minimal as anyone can just enter the lift and access the guest floors. I knew this because there were small leaflets stuffed into the door. So it is not a good idea to leave valuables in the room although a safe is provided. The drainage system of the bathroom is bad. While showering the water did not drain and flooded the floor. Requested to change into another room the next day and the staff was efficient in swapping another room for me. Main plus point is its location- just next to Le Qiao subway station and within short walking distance to Guan Qian Jie, a popular street for everything you need- food, entertainment, shopping etc.

location is in a busy place which is great

The hotel was basic, clean and a good location. Staff on reception very rude. Baggage room for 14 days. Visit the water world its amazing. Aim to arrive around 7am. Take a bus to the north bus station, check in desk number one we collected a bus ticket and water village ticket for 100 yuan (however the check in desk amy change on a daily basis). Arrived within 1 hour at the water world. Return ticket 16 Yuan. We don't do tours and this was wonderful.

Good location and decent room

For the price this gave us a comfortable one night stay. The room was clean and fairly basic. The staff don't speak English and weren't very helpful but not much worse than most other Chinese hotels. The location is central to most things travellers tend to want to visit.

Excellent Base Camp

This is a great place to explore Suzhou from. Many things and interesting places are within walking distance, a lot of great restaurants nearby, and even some Western favorites like Papa John's, McDonald's and KFC are very close. Also conveniently located right beside the Subway and Bus Stops. Other locations such as Xintiandi are a short and inexpensive taxi ride away. Our HUGE King sized bed was soft and comfortable. The room was clean. The shower was a little small, but workable. Everything was in good working order except for the in room wifi. However, there was also a wired connection. I will book here again when I return to Suzhou.
