Historic villa in beautiful nature, Svenljunga | SE08051

Beautiful house that has been carefully renovated to a modern standard. On the first floor you will find one of the bedrooms with two single beds for adults and a single bed for a child under 12 years. Here is also the bathroom with shower and washing machine. Functional kitchen with dining area and a giant old beautiful brick with an iron stove where you can light a fire. The living room or the hall as it used to be called has wooden floors and contemporary furniture and here you can have cozy dinners in front of the beautiful stove. If you go up the steep stairs to the second floor, you will find two more bedrooms. One with a double bed and one with two single beds. The highlight of the house is probably the billiards room with bar. Why not challenge each other in a party one evening while enjoying the warmth of a nice fire. Here, the ceilings are high, and the room have a lovely feeling.

The area around the holiday home is rich in beautiful walking paths for relaxing walks. Several waterways and fine lakes with the cleanest water for swimming and fishing trips. Close to the cradle of the textile and clothing industry, Borås, here there is a large selection of entertainment, restaurants and culture. Don't miss a visit to Borås Zoo.

Bed linen and towels are not available in the house – please bring your own.

Final cleaning is not included but can be added to your booking: 1300 SEK/stay.

Electricity is included in the price.

Firewood can be bought by the owner for 100 SEK/bag.
