Charming villa with tended garden and heated pool

Featuring a garden, an outdoor heated pool and view on a nearby vineyard, the Villa Meadow is located in Ćœupanići, small charming village in Istria. The popular Girandella beach in Rabac and historic town center of Labin are within 12 km and 8 km of the villa. Free WiFi and parking for guests is provided.

If you are looking for a peaceful place, fresh feel interior, spacious, quiet surroundings, luscious greenery and cool climate even during the hottest days of the summer, Villa Meadow is the perfect fit for you.

The newly-built villa set on 2.400 m2 of land features a heated pool surrounded by sun loungers and two patios for enjoyment in sun throughout the day. Patios overlook the private pool and offer chance to barbecue. Villa features a flat-screen TV and air-conditioning in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and toaster among others. Outside area of the property features kids playground, badminton court and mini football field. Guests are welcome to use bicycles that are on the premises and explore the surrounding roads and villages.

There is a restaurant named KaĆĄtel Pineta just 2.5 km from the villa. It serves local specialties and traditional cuisine. The coastal town
of Rabac is 12 km from the property and features numerous beaches, diving opportunities and various attractions such as sailing, fishing and jet ski and boat rentals.

The surroundings also feature various bike and wine routs. Only 2 km from the property is beautiful river Raơa with its panoramic views and kayaking experiences. For those who like hiking Skitača is the right place with beautiful views of the surrounding islands and the Kvarner Bay.

Tolles Haus mit Pool

Sehr schönes und stilvoll eingerichtetes Haus. Großer WohlfĂŒhlfaktor. Sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Großes Lob an Patricija die bei Fragen jederzeit erreichbar war und geholfen hat. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in Labin (Supermarkt, GeschĂ€fte,..) mit dem Auto in einigen Minuten erreichbar. Gerne wieder 😊
