The property is exactly as it is described. Spacious, well equipped and vey clean. The owners were extremely friendly. Cheese, ham and wine, when we arrived and pancakes when the pool was cleaned.++++Recommended++++

Schönes großes Haus

Das Haus ist für große Familien bzw. Gruppen super geeignet, jedes Zimmer hat sein eigenes Bad und jeder hatte genug Platz. Küchenausstattung ist zweckmäßig, es gibt 2 große Kühlschränke und 1 kleinen im extra Appartment. Die Ausstattung des Hauses wurde hauptsächlich mit IKEA Sachen gemacht, daher der einzige Kritikpunkt die Betten .billiger Lattenrost und dünne Matratzen. Pool, Tischtennis- und Billardtisch waren das Highlight für die Kinder. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten 5 Min. zu Fuss.

Heerlijk, schoon, ruim vakantiehuis

Heel fijn vakantiehuis... Mooi schoon en heel ruim, plaatjes kloppen prima. Fantastisch week gehad met mooi weer dus ook genoten vd buitenkeuken en bbq. Zwembad.ligbedden ook heerlijk Volop inventaris. Gewoon een fantastisch huis waar wij heerlijk met zijn allen hebben genoten. Als ik dan 1 minpunt mag zeggen...de bedden ....iets minder.

Sehr freundliche Vermieter. Kleine Mängel bei den Möbeln, aber nicht störend. Die Spülmaschine könnte mal wachsen. Für 12 Personen definitiv zu klein. Uneingeschränkt empfehlenswert. War ein sehr schöner Urlaub

Ein großes Lob an die Eigentümerin des Hauses, denn sie ist wirklich sehr nett, diskret und freundlich. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine große Schale mit Obst, eine Flasche Wein und Pasareta. Da jedes Schlafzimmer einen eigenen TV mit deutschen Programmen sowie ein eigenes Bad mit Toilette hat, ist dieses Haus auch für befreundete Paare hervorragend geeignet. Ein großes Plus: neugebaute Außenküche beim Pool. Da sich keiner an die 50km/h hält, hört man den Verkehr der Straße (uns hat es nicht gestört).

Super Unterkunft

Sehr gepflegtes und modernes Haus. Die Einrichtung einfach top. Aussen- und Innenküche super eingerichtet. Vom Handtuch bis zur Seife alles vorhanden. Wir waren vier Erwachsene und acht Teenager, dementsprechend wurde der riesen Umschwung mit Pool, Tischtennis und Billiard genutzt. Auch für Fussball, Federball und Volleyball hatte es genügend Platz (Schläger, Ball alles vollständig vorhanden). Alles in allem tolle Ferien für Erwachsene und Teenager.

Wunderschönes Haus

Sehr sauber, sehr modern eingerichtet mit liebevollen Details ( Teelichter auf den Nachtkästchen), einfach ganz toll. Der Pool sauber, der Garten riesengroß... Von Tischtennis bis Federball über Billard... Alles da.... Das Beste ist die Pool Küche mit großem Kühlschrank... Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, die Jugendlichen waren begeistert und die Kinder hatten viel Platz zum Spielen. Es war ein toller Urlaub. Sehr zu empfehlen!!

Haus Dordana

Wir hatten einen super Urlaub, in einem gepflegten Haus mit einer netten Vermieterin. Alles super, ja die Straße ist da und Hunde in der Nachbarschaft. Dafür gab es keinerlei Beschwerden, wenn die Musik mal etwas lauter war. Wunderbar gelegen für Ausflüge, auch mit dem Fahrrad. Jederzeit sehr gern wieder!!!!!!!!!

Mit der Unterkunft selbst ware...

Mit der Unterkunft selbst waren wir sehr zufrieden. Pool und Biilardtisch wurden besonders von den Kindern intensiv genutzt. Das zugehörige Grundstück ist sehr groß und zum Toben für Kinder ideal. Gartenmöbel ausreichend vorhanden. Das Wohnzimmer und alle Schlafzimmer sind mit Fernseher ausgestattet, es gibt deutsche Programme. WLAN ebenfalls vorhanden. Handtücher gab es auch. Wir hatten unsere eigenen für den Strand dabei. Nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit (ein Supermarkt mit Geldautomat) ist zu Fuß erreichbar, wir bevorzugten den 2 km entfernten Lidl, wegen der größeren Auswahl an Brot/Brötchen. Der Vermieter war sehr zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Ein Arztbesuch wurde organisiert und begleitet. Der Poolreiniger brachte uns Pfannkuchen (für 11 Personen!!!) Wermutstropfen: Wohnzimmer /Essbereich/Küche/Treppe sind ein offener Raum, dadurch sehr hellhörig. Türen wären super. Das Haus befindet sich direkt an einer recht stark befahrenen Straße, auch nachts gibt es Verkehrslärm. In der Nachbarschaft gibt es viele Hunde die oft und laut bellen. Unsere Kinder verursachten allerdings auch Lärm, von daher störte uns das nicht so. Wer Ruhe sucht wird hier wohl nicht glücklich. Reisetipps: Empfehlenswert ist ein Besuch der historischen Altstadt von Labin.Sehr gut essen kann man hier am Markt, im Cafe Velo, im Restaurant in der oberen Etage (etwas gehobene Küche und sehr lecker). Für Selbstversorger gibt es frische regionale Produkte in der Markthalle von Labin zu kaufen (nur bis 13.00 Uhr geöffnet, alleanderen Geschäfte haben tgl. bis 22.00 Uhr geöffnet). Labin ist ca. 6 km vom nächsten Strand (Rabac) entfernt. Auto ist unbedingt notwendig. Wir haben verschiedene Strände ausprobiert. Da wir im Mai dort waren, gab es genügend Bademöglichkeiten. In derHauptsaison dürfte alles total überfüllt sein, denn Platz zum Liegen gibt es nicht viel. Uns hat es am Girandella Strand recht gut gefallen. Unbedingt Badeschuhe kaufen. Die gibt es günstig an der Promenade. Leckeres Eis bekamen wir in der Pingoeisdiele am Strand Girandella. Wer viel Zeit hat kann an der Promenade von Rabac Tagesausflüge nach Venedig oder zu den Pletvecer Seen buchen. Empfehlenswert ist auch ein Abstecher nach Pula.
