Villa San is a stunning newly built villa located in the charming town of Sveti Filip i Jakov, on the coast between Zadar and Biograd. This attractive location is the perfect starting point for exploring national parks and historic Dalmatian cities, while the villa itself offers a peaceful oasis of luxury and comfort. With 250 m2 of interior space and 400 m2 of outdoor area, Villa San provides plenty of room for relaxation and enjoyment. The optimal number of guests is six, with a maximum capacity of ten, making it an ideal choice for families and groups of friends.

The interior of the villa is spread over two floors and combines modern design with a warm, homely atmosphere. Three bedrooms are equipped with king-size beds measuring 180 x 200 cm and feature en-suite bathrooms, while the fourth bedroom is designed for children and can accommodate up to four thanks to one double and three single beds. In total, the villa offers three elegant bathrooms with showers, hairdryers, and soft towels, as well as one additional toilet. The spacious living room with an indoor fireplace is connected to a modern kitchen and dining area, with glass doors leading to a terrace overlooking the pool.

The outdoor space is designed for relaxation and fun. The heated pool is surrounded by sun loungers and a lounge area, while the terrace features an outdoor barbecue and dining space where you can enjoy delicious Dalmatian meals. The garden is fully fenced and planted with Mediterranean greenery, ensuring privacy and tranquility.

Villa San is created to meet the needs of all generations. Children will love the playground with swings and a slide, while adults can stay active in the private gym or enjoy billiards, table football, table tennis, and darts. For entertainment, there is also a game room, while evenings invite you to unwind in the wellness corner with a sauna or gather around the fireplace.

This luxury villa in Sveti Filip i Jakov is fully air-conditioned and equipped with all modern amenities: wireless internet, satellite TV, washing machine, dryer, iron, bed linen, baby cot, and high chair. Private parking is available, and pets are welcome upon request. During the pre-season, until June 1st, and after September 30th, the pool temperature can reach up to 24 °C, depending on weather conditions.

Bookings are not accepted from persons under 25 years of age, unless specifically approved by the agency. We reserve the right to refuse any booking that does not meet this requirement. House rules strictly prohibit parties, events, and smoking inside the property. The number of guests must not exceed the maximum capacity stated for this villa.

If your behavior causes danger, damage to the property, or persistently disturbs the enjoyment of others, we reserve the right to terminate your stay.

Pets are welcome upon prior request and with an additional fee. Small pets up to 5 kg: 10 euros per pet per day. Large pets over 5 kg: 20 euros per pet per day. A maximum of 2 pets is allowed.
Security deposit: 400 euro. For groups under the age of 25, prior approval from the agency is required. In such cases, the security deposit is 800 euro.
