The house consists of 2 apartments each 90 sqm. Each apartment has entrance, combined kitchen, dining area and living room, 2 rooms (13 sqm each) with large double beds, a small toilet and a bathroom. Large terrace with superb views over the Adriatic Sea on both occasions. There is 200m to a good beach with fantastic bathing water. Garden with large barbecue and grill house with room for 12-14 guests.

In addition, the house excels:

• Built in 2011. Furnished and put into use in 2013

• Garden with large barbecue house, barbecue and outdoor kitchen

My wife never rents twice on the same location, but since this is a very nice place for a beach holiday combined with excursions, she booked this without hesitation. It's a small walk to the beach where you can choose to rent some chairs or just lie down on a towel. If you're thirsty, there are two bars to get some drinks and there's a Man on the side of the road selling delicious fruit. Thanks for the nice vacation and I hope my wife wants to come back for a third time

Une location magnifique
Nous revenons de 15 jours de vacances et sommes ravis d'avoir loué cet appartement qui ressemble plus à une maison avec son immense espace barbecue et cuisine d'été très pratique avec le réfrigérateur extérieur. Un appartement spacieux, propre, pratique, une bonne literie, une vue de rêve sur l'Adriatique, nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location. Encore merci à Karsten Brixen, et aux voisins Thomas et son épouse très gentils et serviables!! Pour le côté pratique, il n'y a pas de four à micro ondes mais nous nous en sommes très bien passés...

Godt indrettet, rolig beliggenhed, super grill-/havehus, transportmulighed et must.
Elkedel, kaffemaskine og håndklæder trænger til udskiftning, service-skab over spisebord er svært tilgængelig, men ellers en dejlig lys og velfungerende lejlighed med udsigt over Adriaterhavet til øen Pasman fra altanen, der følger vestgavl og sydfacade - obs at beplantningen ikke bliver højere. Aircondition og loftvifter i begge soveværelser giver et dejligt sval indeklima døgnet rundt. Have, terrasse, og grillhus m. påbegyndt udekøkken under omlægning/-bygning = 1-2 stjerner værd, når alt er færdigt...
