Traditional Istrian stone villa with private pool and hydromassage corner

This villa is located on the outskirts of the village of Pajari near Sveti Lovrec, 14 km from Porec and 8 km from Lim Fjord. On its own fenced plot of 600 square metres with a well-kept lawn, it offers guests a pool with a hydromassage corner, barbecue, table and chairs for outdoor dining and two covered parking spaces. The villa is a beautiful holiday home built in a traditional style but furnished in a modern style and offers space for 3 people on 80 sqm spread over two floors. On the ground floor there is a living area with sofa bed for 1 person, dining table, fully equipped kitchen and a separate toilet. The ground floor has access to the garden and pool area with garden furniture. On the first floor there is a bedroom with double bed and the bathroom with shower/WC. Villa Lenka is fully air-conditioned and offers everything you might need on your holiday. Groups of young people are not permitted.

Traumhaft

Wir hatten in der Villa Lenka einen traumhaften Urlaub! Das Haus, die Ausstattung und der Pool sind hervorragend. Die Lage ist ruhig und abgelegen. In der Nähe gibt es Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und gute Restaurants sowie klassische istrische Konobas. Zu den Stränden nördlich von Porec fährt man eine knappe halbe Stunde. Alles in allem hat für uns alles bestens gepasst und wir kommen gern wieder!

Wunderschönes Haus

Wunderschönes Haus in einer sehr ruhigen herrlichen Umgebung - perfekt für 2 Personen. Das Haus hatte wirklich alles, was man benötigt - wenn es überhaupt etwas gäbe, dass man verbessern könnte, dann eine etwas schnelleres WLAN … aber das war dennoch OK! Die Organisation war perfekt - alle sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen - und waren uns sehr sicher, dass wir gerne wiederkommen! Dann aber zu einer etwas wärmeren Zeit, so dass wir den wunderschönen Pool auch nutzen können, denn dazu war es Ende April dann doch noch zu frisch! Die ganze Umgebung ist herrlich und man kann viele kleine sehenswerte istrische Ortschaften in Umkreis von 20-30km besuchen. Fazit: einfach klasse!
