Newly built in 2004, the luxury apartment is finished to the highest standard. The best of both worlds, in a peaceful location, yet only 7 minutes from the thriving resort of Sunny Beach. Located on the frontline, above the beach and marina both are only approximately a 8 minute walk away. Sunny Beach is 7 minutes away by car. The uninterrupted view from the apartment of Sunny Beach/Nessabar bay are breathtaking. 24 hour security. A multitude of facilities are shared between this and several other luxury complexes, all close by (Please see 'notes on accommodation' for a full list.). The apartment comprises of an inner hall leading to a bright and airy living area including television, satellite TV and DVD player, and a balcony leading from the living area. Fully equipped kitchen. bathroom with bath and shower, and separate bedroom with twin beds. The apartment is also fully air conditioned throughout with remote control.

Family holiday
Had a very enjoyable holiday. The apartment is spacious, has a lovely view across the bay and was clean. It's well equipped with aircon, satellite tv, kitchen facilities etc. The fittings and furniture are quite old but everything worked. The pool area is good and was relatively quiet for a stay in late August.

A fabulous week in July. Property as described with lovely sea views and perfect location within the overall resort - easily accessible to beach, pools, marina, restaurants etc (is set above most of these so be prepared for steps). Airport transfers arranged via owner made life so much easier. Overall resort very Russian but English spoken widely and and felt welcome despite culture difference. Was interesting to observe the wealthy Russians on holiday with their designer clothes and expensive cars! Recommend restaurants within resort and in town but would avoid those fronting marina as pricey (compared to others) and waiters pressure you to spend more money, Good food and jugs of local wine mean that £30 easily covers 2 course meal and wine for two people. Bulgaria was a delightful surprise and would recommend as a value for money option with everything you'd expect from much more expensive locations.

Great 10 days in Bulgaria our first but not last visit.
Communication with Sean from the start has been excellent. I know we could have perhaps found cheaper airport pickup/dropoff but having arranged this with Sean direct it worked liked a dream and we were on route to the apartment less than 30 mins after landing and pickup for the return was equally as smooth. The apartment was as described,The view is beautiful. The Balcony also catches the sun especially in the afternoon and early evening which was lovely. A real bonus having Air Con in the bedroom and the main living area. Hot water all the time. We visited in first 2 weeks September and sveti Vlas is quieter then which suited us. Most Places were starting to close up by the second week but still places to eat and drink around. Sunny beach and Nesabar end of season begins to be had. 😀Great being opposite the shop, there are lots more around so you're never stuck. Worth noting that you are on a hill great to get the heart rate up, but if you're less.mobile worth noting. A couple of great restaurants and a couple of pools just 5 mins walk away if you don't fancy heading to the beach/Marina or old town. 10 mins walk to the bus stop which takes you to sunny beach 20 mins or Nesabar 40 mins. A few more nice to haves in the apartment like a small safety deposit box and a lounger on the balcony to enjoy the late sun would be nice along with a few Wine glasses to enjoy the amazing Bulgarian wine while watching the sunset on the balcony. Overall a fab holiday and can't wait to come back. Would recommend this apartment. Thanks Sean

Lejligheden var tilpas størrelse til to voksne og to teenagere, med sovesofa i stuen og et soveværelse. Rigtig fin altan med fantastisk udsigt. Dog trænger køkkenet til en update, ex. Kun et vinglas, vandhanen trænger til en rep. Men alt i alt en god lejlighed til en god pris.
