The Penthouse occupants have exclusive use of the building, swimming pools and grounds (except for manager / caretaker residence/ service).

This is an Architect designed, very modern building in the best residential area of Sevi Vlas. It is surrounded by forestry to the rear and panoramic sea views to front. It has the best views in the resort. Features large balconies on all 4 sides to enjoy the views and scenery.
It is 700 meters to the beach and is peaceful and private, with great walks in the area. It overlooks the Black Sea and the 5 Star Riu Hotel on waterfront.
It is 1.5Km to Sevi Vlas center.

This is a new big building with big grounds , with 12 x 4 mt Infinity Lap pool and an adjoining child’s pool. You have exclusive use of it, plus Gas Luxury BBQ (on request). Imported marble floors.
The infinity pool is surrounded with Glass on Aluminium frames, which gives the total infinity look with the ocean.
It also has privacy and sun chairs, sun umbrella and table to relax with.
We can arrange pick up at airport for you and if you have no transport we can transport you locally for shopping or to beach in our Mercedes Estate car .

Great apartment with spectacular views and wonderful pool

We had such a great and enjoyable stay. The spacious property being high up on the hillside gave spectacular views during the day and also in the evening when the coastline was lit up. It is also very well equipped. Although there was no air conditioning when we visited, use of fans and a breeze through the building kept us cool. The children particularly enjoyed playing with the inflatables in the pool, which we had to ourselves. The use of a car is highly recommended for this location, although the access road is not ideal for vehicles.

Gorgeous views in a spacious apartment

We had a great stay at the apartment. It was large and had very comfortable beds and the kitchen was well-equipped. The views were wonderful and we enjoyed having a BBQ on the balcony. The swimming pool is large and we had it all to ourselves. The location is on a hill and Googlemaps took us on a rather strange route to the property with terrible roads not fit for normal cars. Be careful of this, it’s probably worth meeting someone at a supermarket nearby to avoid this as we were not familiar with the area. The host was very responsive and sorted out problems quickly. I would definitely recommend having a car if you rent this property. We tended to drive down the hill and park closer to the beach when we went there.

Nice apartment with great view and nice pool. A little way from the town.

We were met at a petrol station in Sveti Vlas by Teddy and we followed him to the property, which was good as it would have been hard to find, being up in the hills on an unmade road behind Sveti Vlas. The location however does mean you get some lovely views from the apartment and it was lovely to enjoy those views whilst having a drink on the balcony. The walk down the hill into Sveti Vlas is about 20 minutes, but probably more like 30 minutes on the way back up the hill. Luckily taxis available in Sveti Vlas. However for trips to supermarkets etc I would recommend you rent a car if you stay here, luckily car rental in Bulgaria is not expensive. The apartment was equipped to a good standard, the main living space was spacious and bright with access to balconies on two sides. We had exclusive use for the pool which was nice and large for a holiday rental property. Overall a nice play to stay and something a little different from other options generally available in the area.

Zuerst ein paar Worte zu Teddy und Mary Die Beiden sind so liebe nette Gastgeber!!!! Teddy hat uns im Vorfeld alle Fragen beantwortet und hat uns bei der Ankunft an einer Tankstelle abgeholt. Wir hatten kein Auto und er ist sofort mit uns einkaufen gefahren damit wir das Wichtigste da haben. Wir konnten uns jederzeit an die Beiden wenden und sie haben bei Allem sofort geholfen. Vielen Dank dafür! Einfach tolle Menschen!Die Wohnung war super! Es war alles sauber und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aussicht und die Ruhe sind einfach atemberaubend. Man kann stundenlang einfach nur sitzen und gucken. Man sollte schon ein Auto haben. Mary und Teddy haben uns einen tollen Taxifahrer empfohlen der uns immer gut und günstig gefahren hat. Der Pool ist ein Traum. Die Qualität und Temperatur ist absolut perfekt. Es gibt Liegen und Auflagen. Wir hatten einen perfekten Urlaub. Vielen Dank dafür an Mary und Teddy !!!Wer einen ruhigen entspannten Urlaub verbringen möchte ist hier genau richtig

Bardzo udane wakacje

Spędziliśmy z przyjaciółmi bardzo udane wakacje w obiekcie Teddy'ego i Mary. Penthouse, w którym mieszkaliśmy oferuje przestrzeń i wygodę. Zapierający dech w piersiach widok z tarasu oraz bardzo spokojne otoczenie gwarantują warunki do relaksu. Duży basen na wyłączność jest bardzo dobrą alternatywą dla plaży. Ze względu na położenie obiektu wygodnie jest korzystać z samochodu lub taksówki. Teddy i Mary byli bardzo otwarci i gościnni. Czuliśmy się jak w domu.
