The ground floor comprises an open-plan kitchen with a cooking island and bar stools, a large living room with pull-out couch, screen (170 x 170 cm), projector (no TV signal) and direct access to the yard, as well as a bathroom with shower. The first floor comes with one double bedroom with king-size bed and a bathroom with bathtub. The attic features a large bedroom with a queen-size double bed, a single bed, TV and air conditioning.

Beautiful House and Location
We enjoyed staying at Biba's house. It's an old, traditional stone house that has been carefully renovated with many artistic and tasteful touches. The house is located on a large property, offering a quiet and peaceful environment. Biba is a great and gracious host.

Wunderschönes Haus mit liebevoller Sanierung des altem Steinhauses mit allem Komfort, den es braucht. Empfang mit Keksen und einer Falsche Wein, das war sehr aufmerksam und gastfreundlich. Ausstattung super. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. - ein Pool im Garten wäre natürlich das i-Tüpfelchen, denn die Wege zum Meer dauern dann doch meist gute 30-45 min wegen der kleinen Strassen. Und unbedingt an Mückenspray denken!!!! Danke für diese schöne Zeit in ihrem Traumhaus.

Idyllisches Steinhaus mit wunderbarem Garten
Wir wohnten in einem wunderbar restaurierten Steinhaus und genossen das Ambiente des Gartens mit zahlreichen Liege- und Essgelegenheiten (letztere aus beeindruckendem Naturstein) je nach Wetterlage. Von den wenigen entfernten Häusern in der Nachbarschaft kam kein Lärm. Es war absolut ruhig. Parken vor dem Haus. Uns fehlte es an nichts, einschließlich Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler und Fön. Sehr nette kreative Vermieterin! Vielen Dank! Wir wären gerne länger geblieben!

Wundervoll und idyllisch gelegenes Haus
Wir haben knapp eine Woche in dem Haus verbracht und waren rundherum zufrieden. Das Haus ist sehr schön und geschmackvoll renoviert und behält dabei den ursprünglichen Charakter. Das in Verbindung mit dem großen Garten machen es zu einem perfekten Ferienziel. Und als besonderes Bonbon empfanden wir den alten Steinofen in dem wunderbar Pizza machen kann:)

Idyllic house in an idyllic environment.
Really beautifull house with a warm welcome when we arrived. Fantastic environment to walk. Only suggestion we have: please add a microwave to the kitchen and replace the mixer. We will keep a wonderful memory of these holidays.

Wundervolles Ambiente mit viel Ruhe
Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Das Haus und das Umfeld sind noch schöner als erwartet. Sehr ruhige Lage mit viel Platz für unsere 5 Kinder. Mitten in Istrien ist man in maximal 1 Stunde an jedem Ort. Kleiner Wermutstropfen war der späte Winter, wir hatten Ende März noch 2-3 Nächte etwas oberhalb von 0 Grad Celsius und das Haus musste erst richtig durchgeheizt werden. Vermutlich waren wir die ersten Gäste dieses Jahr.
