The two air-conditioned vacation homes, accommodating a total of 14 guests, offer top-of-the-line amenities. Seven bedrooms with large double beds are available. Each features its own luxurious en suite bathroom with floor-to-ceiling showers, double sinks, modern tiles, and stylish design.

Warm wood and stone accents create a modern and natural country-house atmosphere in the living rooms and bedrooms. The furniture is solid and, in some cases, custom-made. Each living room features a comfortable wood-burning stove. The three luxury kitchens, each with a spacious refrigerator, are an absolute dream for ambitious home cooks. The large floor-to-ceiling windows offer views of the garden and bathe the rooms in warm, inviting light. The name says it all: the carefully selected details and design pieces highlight the unique ambiance. Our property will open its doors in May 2018 and is perfect for larger groups and multiple families who want to spend their vacations together

A highlight is the spacious outdoor chill-out area with a 72-square-meter heated pool, stylish sun loungers, and its own pond. A bridge leads you directly to a very special shaded spot: a small cottage equipped with a large, cozy bed and a stunning view of the garden. We’ve created a favourite spot for daydreaming, reading, and relaxing. For your personal relaxation program, our indoor spa oasis is also at your disposal: featuring a Turkish and Finnish sauna, a whirlpool, and a heated swimming pool. Here you can unwind and recharge after working up a sweat in our fitness room.

At Villa Ambiente, you’ll have the place all to yourself

The property is situated in a quiet, secluded location in the heart of Istria, surrounded by nature, about 20 kilometres from Pula. The nearest neighbors are about 100 metres away. Shielded from the outside world like a Hollywood star, you’ll enjoy a private, exclusive atmosphere. The spacious property is surrounded by a wall, protecting the villas from prying eyes. You’ll find a small supermarket in Jursici, one kilometre away, and doctors and additional shopping options in Vodnjan, eight kilometres away. A short walk takes you to small bars and konobas where you can sample Istrian specialties and wines.

The perfect starting point for excursions

To explore the beautiful natural surroundings and popular coastal towns like Rovinj (25 km away), Poreč (40 km), and Pula (20 km), you should definitely treat yourself to a rental car. There is parking on the property for a total of eight cars. Adventure seekers will find plenty to enjoy at Glavani Park, located about twelve kilometres away. We also recommend a trip to the Brijuni Islands (15 km away), the Plitvice Lakes—Croatia’s largest national park—and the Amphitheater of Pula.
