There is lots of parking immediately outside on the street (not on the opposite side of the road) and the house is a short drive from Swansea City Centre, Swansea Marina, Swansea Enterprise Park and lots more. This property is ideal for travelling tradesmen and families alike and there is CCTV security for your peace of mind.

Great booking experience

I made the reservation for colleagues working in the area. The house and location were great. Fantastic communication with the host. They were very accommodating with late check in due to travel times and very helpful with any queries we had.
