Cottage is in a great location literally a minutes walk to the beach and coast path. Beds are comfy, and it was fine for a couple of nights, but the cottage has quite a basic feel about it. We were lucky to have 2 very sunny days so spent most of the time out walking, as it’s not a particularly cosy cottage, but a good base if you want to be out exploring on foot.
Lovely apartment for a couple or small family, had everything we needed. Although it wouldn't be suitable for very young children. It had complimentary teas, coffees, milk and sugar sachets. Plenty of towels and blankets available.
The village doesn't have a lot of facilities so shop beforehand. Parc Tawe in Swansea is a good place to shop. Big aldi, cinema, activities and other retail shops with free parking.
It was nice to have the beach so near to the apartment and port Eynon is just a short walk away on the beach path where you can get takeaways and ice cream. We would definitely stay there again.
