After chasing daily all week in the lead up to the stay frustrating and stress was building.I was told I had to contact the host for check in information, day by day I emailed, text and called but there was no response.After Many messages and calls to travel nest I was told I had to travel to the accomodation on the Saturday and the host would send check in information at 2.30pm, if by then nothing was received a refund would be issued...I obviously then asked to cancel as clearly the host was not getting back to us or travel nest, they would not cancel.So Saturday morning we travelled and spent the day waiting for a call, 2.30 came ....no call!I called travel nest once again to be told the host had emailed them to cancel the stay....on further investigation the host had emailed them 5 hours before I called to get an update!We had been sat waiting and for 5 hours they already knew it was cancelled by the host, I have never had such a poor experience as this before and will never use travel host ever again.Please make sure you remove this time wasting host from your database.I managed to get a hotel last minute as I had an event that weekend, my family couldn't get alternative accomodation and had to return home!An absolutely terrible experience!I honestly can't write what I would like to.
