Summary:
Bring your family/friends to enjoy this immaculate and unique log home in the beautiful Pinnacle development of Deep Creek Lake. With over an acre outside, 4 floors of living space, and a wrap around deck--you can spread out and play games, laugh at the fire pit or in front of two indoor fireplaces, relax in the hot tub, or read a book in the crows nest with amazing views of the Lake. Your stay also comes with dock slip—so bring your own boat! The state park is minutes away for launching.
The Space:
Guests have access to the entire home, outside and have use of the dock slip during their stay. The dock slip is available from May until October.
Guest Access:
Guests have access to everything. Kitchen is equipped with all essential cooking equipment. Hot Tub towels are in the basement linen closet. Garbage bags, toilet paper and paper towels in the laundry room. Guests also have access to the washer and dryer.
The Neighborhood:
The home is in the very nice “Pinnacle” neighborhood. The dock slip is at the Pinnacle club house just south of the 2nd bridge off Glendale Rd. The state park that has a nice beach, kayak rentals, swimming and a boat launch is less than 2 miles away. Wisp Resort is 7.6 miles away (about 14 minute drive).
Getting Around:
There is plenty of space to park at the house with the large circle driveway.
Other Things to Note:
There is absolutely NO SMOKING in or around the house. Please respect this policy. If we find evidence of smoking (cigarette butts), unfortunately, we will have to charge you up to $500 penalty.
We do have security cameras outside the home at the entrance and pointed to the driveway.
We welcome your dogs, but we do charge a $75/fee per dog. Please limit the numbers of dogs to 2–this is a mandated rule from the loca HOA! Please do not leave any food or trash outside. And when you leave, make sure the trash is sealed in bags and put securely in the trash bins. The Deep Creek Lake area has lots of wildlife (including bears), so we do not want to invite them near our home!

Beautiful Autumn Oasis
This property was exactly as described!! It was cozy, and perfect for my family. It was so nice to see the changing colors of the leaves from all of the windows, and the deer walking right into the yard in such close proximity was super cool. This home had a fun, unique layout which we enjoyed. We made full use of the well stocked kitchen to prepare the majority of our dinners. The home was stunning in itself. My only complaint was that I ended up getting sick for most of my stay, and didn’t get out and about to do all of the recreational things that I wanted to do. It was a great place to relax, watch movies, and play games or read. Super pet friendly too. Andrew the property manager was very kind and a pleasure to interact with. I highly recommend this home for your next stay at DCL.
