The main highlight is of course aquapark, nothing more impressive to look in this hotel. Despite 3-stars level the staff at the reception desk could be more friendly and customer-oriented. We had a chance to talk to Konrad and it was not the most pleasant one that we faced in our life. Beds are to soft and we had a back ache after the first night but this is individual and people who prefer soft ones may like it. Sauna area as well as the whole aquapark is closed after 8pm so this might be a disadvantage for adults wishing to use sauna in the evening. It's ok for a short trip like 3-4 days but I would not recommend this hotel for a longer stay.

To be honest I didn't really enjoy this hotel. The check in was quick. We were given a room on the 5th floor with a balcony. There was no hot water in the room all two days of our trip, also no fridge, kettle or slippers. Hearing from the rooms next to us is strong. We went down to the reception of the pool where we borrowed two bathrobes (for which at checkout had to pay 60 Polish zlotys, it is not written on the site) we were given two old towels (not white and gray). I didn’t want to even touch these towels, much less wipe with them. The water park is good, but children under 18 years old can’t enter the saunas, this is also a minus. The only thing I liked was the delicious breakfast. The staff is friendly.

Das Hotel ist extrem schlicht, was okay ist. Die Betten waren gut. Das Schwimmbad ist okay, leider waren die Rutschen nur an einem von 3 Tagen offen. Das Essen war nicht besser als in einer Betriebskantine. Wir hatten leider Halbpension und mussten feststellen, dass es kaum sinnvolles Essen für Kinder (2 bis 6J.) gibt. Zum Überfluss musste man mit Ausnahme von Wasser ALLE Getränke zu Abendessen extra zahlen. Ein Apfelsaft umgerechnet 3,50 € - zahlen konnte man ausschließlich mit Złoty oder per Karte. Zum Frühstück gab es eine etwas bessere Versorgung aber eher unterer Durchschnitt gratis "Säfte" Wasser mit Sirup, das Essen okay. Der Kaffee und der Tee waren gut. Preis Leistung nicht gut, unsere Entscheidung für dieses Hotel hatten wir wegen der Badelandschaft gewählt, aber auch die war nur Durchschnitt und dann noch die geschlossenen Rutschen... für wenig Geld mehr bekommt man im selben Ort deutlich bessere Unterkünfte, mit meist besserer Badelandschaft. Das Personal war nett konnte aber an den Gegebenheiten nichts ändern und sprach selten Englisch und Deutsch gleich gar nicht. Wir machen ab und zu in diesem Ort Urlaub, in diesem Hotel aber nicht mehr. Sorry für diese schlechte Bewertung, aber wir wurden echt enttäuscht.

Es ist zwar nicht mehr die modernste Anlage aber sie war für unsere Verhältnisse völlig ausreichend. Zimmer sind etwas hellhörig und im Speisesaal ist es ziemlich laut. Wir hatten ein Studio mit einem sehr großen Balkon über 2 Seiten. Gebrauchsspuren und kleinere Abnutzungserscheinungen sind nicht zu übersehen aber dieser Umstand störte uns nicht. Das Schwimmbad ist sehr schön. Ein extra Schwimmbecken ist ideal für die Schwimmbegeisterten. Das Personal war immer nett und freundlich. Es wird jedoch kaum deutsch verstanden aber mit Google Translate gibt es keine Probleme. Etwas polnisch lernen ist von Vorteil, weil auch sehr viele polnische Familien hier Urlaub machen. Das Frühstück und Abendessen sind reichhaltig und abwechslungsreich. Getränke müssen aber separat an der Bar bestellt werden. Saft, Wasser, Kaffee, Kakao, Tee sind kostenlos. Abendessen ist nur bis max. 19:00 Uhr möglich. Es gibt kein eigenes Restaurant somit kann auch nicht zum Mittag gesessen werden bzw. haben wir keine Speisekarte gefunden. Die Lage ist außerhalb und völlig ruhig. Idealer Ausgangspunkt für viele Wanderungen.

Das Hotel ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen, dennoch haben wir uns recht wohl gefühlt. Es ist die Bemühung da Korrektur vorzunehmen. Das Frühstücksbuffet ist sehr gut und bietet alles was man sich wünscht. Abendessen wir für 85 Sloty angeboten. Der Aquapark ist gerade mit Kindern eine tolle Sache und ist in der Buchung inklusive. Mehrere Saunen und zwei Rutschen runden das Ganze ab. Es gibt ein Fitnessbereich mit älteren aber guten Geräten.Eine Turnhalle zum austoben ist auch vorhanden. Es gibt einen Bereich mit Billard, Kickern und anderen Spaßgeräten, sowie eine Sportsbar und einen Kleinkind Bereich zum spielen. Zur Innenstadt läuft man etwas, diese ist nett zum schlendern. Skywalk ist 25 Minuten entfernt zu Fuss und die Seilbahn 45 Minuten. Mit dem Auto alles kurze Wege.

Hallo. Die Zimmer sauber und zweckmässig eingerichtet. Der Saunabereich und Wellness ist sehr schön. Ist eben ein Familienhotel mit Kindern. Für ältere leute nicht geeignet; sehr laut durch die Kinder. Leider waren wir enttäuscht vom zusätzlichen Kauf vom Abendbrot. Sehr teuer !!!!!

Für einen Kurzurlaub mit Kindern sehr zu empfehlen. Aquapark am Hotel angeschlossen, nicht riesig aber alles da zum Wohlfühlen. Trotz Ferien nicht überlaufen. Die Zimmer müssten mal aufgefrischt werden, besonders die Bäder. Für einen Kurzurlaub OK. Das Frühstück ist vielfältig und es wurde ständig aufgefüllt. Nur zwei Kaffeeautomaten vorhanden, hier kam es zeitweise zu Wartezeiten. Das Abendbuffet bietet eine breite Palette polnischer Küche. Wenn man sich drauf einstellt, wird man immer etwas leckeres finden. Viel Obst und sehr leckere Nachspeisen. Wir werden für einen Kurzurlaub wiederkommen

Die Unterkunft hat ein Top Preis/ Leistungsverhäktnis. Das Hotel ist schon ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen und könnte hier und da etwas sauberer sein. Aber ich würde dieses Hotel Familien mit mehr als 5 Sternen bewerten. Der Aquapark ist super. Da kommen Groß und Klein auf ihre Kosten.Das Essen ist super und Abwechslungsreich. Sogar Sonderwünsche der kleinen werden berücksichtigt.Wir freuen uns schon auf den nächsten Besuch. In diesem Hotel kommt jedes Familienmitglied auf seine Kosten. Dies gilt ebenso für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung.

Ein sehr schön gelegenes und ideales Familien-Hotel. Dabei war trotz guter Belegung generell nicht viel von Kinderlärm zu hören. Das ist wohl dem guten Konzept zu danken: direkt am Restaurant eine gute Spielecke für Kinder nebst Sitzecken für die Eltern und im Anschluss eine Sportbar mit Fernsehen. Direkter Zugang vom Hotel zum Spassbad mit zwei Rutschen und 15 m Schwimmbecken und Saunalandschaft mit großem Whirlpool. Sehr empfehlenswertes Hotel mit sehr freundlichem Personal. Lage zum Skigebiet direkt im Ort und nach Harachov (CZ) und Liberec und Rokitnice zwar ca. Jeweils eine Stunde zu fahren, aber gut erreichbar. Zu verbessern wäre wenigstens eine ladestation für E-Autos, da aktuell die nächste praktikable Station nur in Tschechien ist. Die ladestation beim Lidl im Ort ist aktuell noch nicht in Betrieb.

Es gibt nichts zu meckern, lediglich das Badezimmer war extrem gewöhnungsbedürftig (Zimmer 300). Der Raum war sehr klein. Man kam nicht an das Mini-Waschbecken ran, da die Dusche davor stand. Aber da wir uns wegen Schlechtwetter täglich mehrere Stunden in der schönen Schwimmhalle aufgehalten haben, hat es nicht gestört. Dank an das freundliche Personal!
