Lovely room. Very clean Comfortable bed. Could check in before 3pm but a whopping £10 an hour charge...but they could keep your luggage for free. Staff were very polite and friendly. Would stay again.

We had to extend our stay after our flight was cancelled and although the room we were in was not available the lady on the front desk was just wonderful. She made sure we could move straight to another room and all was easy.

The breakfast was excellent with a very good choice of food and lots of vegetarian options. The room was clean but unfortunately our bed squeaked every time we moved, not sure if something was broken. We only stayed the 1 night so didn’t bother to report it.

Stayed here a few times as it’s close to my son’s university in Cirencester. Location is great. Staff are always very helpful. My ONLY issue are the beds - not the most comfortable but we will be coming back!

Really nice hotel, foyer very spacious and welcoming. Fantastic breakfast, however the room we incredibly hot and difficult to sleep. The ac is linked to a central system to limited control.

The room was swelteringly hot. I tried to ask staff to fix it, but I guess I didn’t ask the right member of staff. The bathroom shower didn’t drain so I was standing in dirty water while I showered. The toilet also needed to be flushed multiple times before it worked. I’m sure I just got a bad room, but the experience wasn’t great. They asked if I’d be back, maybe to offer a discount, but I said no because I wouldn’t stay get again.
