2nd time at this hotel with children. Love the comfortable beds and the space. The bathrooms needs renovation but our stay trumps the outdated rooms. The sauna , pool & steam room is our favourite . Especially when the pool closes late and check out is noon. We will definitely be back.

Great hotel, don't hesitate to book!

The hotel was clean, it smells fresh and welcoming as you walk in. The staff were welcoming and nothing was too much for them. The breakfast was great, plenty of options for everyone. The pool felt small but we did go Easter weekend so expected it to be busy. We had run out of tea/coffee/milk in the room and asked reception, it was a matter of 2-4 minutes before we got it, we were not expecting such a quick service. They also had activity packs for children and easter egg hunt which was a lovely touch.

A lovely hotel, good parking, good facilities and great breakfast for the cost. However, drinks are extremely expensive! £22 for a pint and a glass of wine. This is Swindon, not London.

Pros Staff were welcoming We got a complimentary parking Downstairs decor is modern and nice Cons Bath is a slip risk waiting to happen Shower pressure is pathetic Mould in the tiles of the bathroom Pillows were awful Asked for a cot to be in the room on arrival, reception said it was and then it wasn’t. Had to wait 40 mins for it to come with a baby due a nap. Rooms were outdated and small Light shone through the door all night People across the hall were noisy keeping our baby up
