Die Wohnung ist sehr modern und schön eingerichtet. Alles sehr sauber. Wir hatten die Wohnung 16 im 2. OG. Man hätte sich gut erholen können, wenn das Haus nicht sehr hellhörig wäre und andere Bewohner nicht ständig irgendetwas gegen Boden und Wände geknallt hätten. Auch sehr gerne wurden die Türen zugeschlagen oder nicht festgehalten. Auch den Fahrstuhl hat man ständig gehört, obwohl er auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite der Wohnung war. Bei der Dusche hat eine Dichtung an einer Tür gefehlt. Da musste man aufpassen, dass kein Wasser austrat und das Badezimmer überschwemmt. Parken war gegen einer Zusatzgebühr in der Tiefgarage möglich. Zwar etwas eng die Tiefgarage, aber es hat gut geklappt. Vor der Tür warten kaum Parkplätze vorhanden und haben auch Geld gekostet.
