This comfortable apartment is located in the seaside district of Świnoujście in a modern apartment building with an elevator - 'Stella Baltic' at Eliza Orzeszkowa Street.
The location combines peace and comfort. The building is located just 190m from the promenade and 450m from the beautiful sandy beach - an ideal place for holiday relaxation or walks by the sea. In close proximity, you can also go for a walk to the Zdrojowy Park - the distance is only 500m.
The area can meet all your daily needs thanks to the many interesting restaurants and shopping outlets. The nearest shop is 800m away.
This location is also an excellent starting point for guests who want to spend time actively - in the vicinity you will find the Aquapark or the Rope Park.

This fully equipped, beautiful one-bedroom apartment is suitable for 4 people. It consists of a living room, a kitchenette, a beautiful, bright, trained bedroom and a bathroom with a shower. The space is finished in a modern design that creates a cozy atmosphere. Comfort is provided by amenities such as free Wi-Fi and a flat-screen TV. Comprehensive kitchen and bathroom equipment makes our guests feel really at home. Guests can also relax on a private balcony equipped with garden furniture. Baustelle, Gerüst und Lärm
Eine Unverschämtheit, dass dieses Objekt vermietet wird. Von 06:50 Uhr bis 18:35 Lärm, Arbeiten auf dem Balkon. Die Arbeiter können vom Gerüst in die Wohnung, insbesondere ins Bad schauen. Unhaltbare Zustände. Der Vermieter hat sich (tägliche Mails) nicht gemeldet. Die Arbeiten werden mutmaßlich bis Mitte/Ende 2024 andauern. So kann man mit deutschen Urlaubern nicht umgehen. Auf keinen Fall buchen.

Perfekte Unterkunft
Die Fewo und die Lage sind sehr gut. Positiv ist auch die Verfügbarkeit eines Tiefgaragenstellplatzes. Ein kleiner Defekt in der Wohnung wurde umgehend behoben. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter verlief schnell und unkompliziert.

Alles in allem schöner Aufenthalt
Buchung, Bestätigung und Kontakt zum Apartment, TipTop. Die beigefügte Beschreibung mit Schlüssel und Tiefgarage + Youtube Video perfekt. Das Apartment ist auf dem ersten Blick wie beschrieben, sehr schön, super sauber und geräumig. Etwas unangenehm trotz Sauberkeit, war der Geruch der Wohnung, ich würde es als muffig beschreiben, vielleicht aber auch aus der Lüftung in der Küche das sollte mal überprüft werden oder wenigstens Duftstecker. Auf Dauer ist nicht so angenehm. Küche ausstreichend, schöne wäre mehr Geschirr und Kochutensilien. 1 Topf, eine Schüssel ist ein wenig spärlich, zum Selbstversorgen. Ein paar Dinge könnten überarbeitet werden, Rahmen, Schubladen Wohnzimmer, Balkontür schließt ab und zu. Das sind aber für mich nebensächlich Mengel. Alles in allem schöne Unterkunft, ruhige Lage. War sehr schön.

Im Großen und Ganzen in Ordnung.
Nachdem der Zugangscode nicht korrekt war, von uns aber zufällig der korrekte erraten wurde (der Kontakt zu Renters war aber sehr nett und hilfsbereit) haben wir uns in der Wohnung schnell wohlgefühlt. Die war extrem sauber (hierfür ein ganz herzliches Dankeschön). Das Inventar in der Küche könnte etwas umfangreicher sein, wer aber nicht kochen möchte und nur zum Frühstück die Küche nutzt, für den ist es ausreichend. Die Lage ist perfekt. Schnell am Strand, kleine Lebensmittelgeschäfte in der Nähe mit leckeren Brötchen. Das Haus war ruhig, die Lage auch. Vom Service der Vermietung waren wir begeistert. Auch das kurzfristige Zubuchen der Tiefgarage war problemlos. Vielen Dank für die angenehmen Urlaubstage.

Perfekt für eine kurze Auszeit direkt am Meer
Das Appartement ist wie beschrieben und abgebildet und hält alles zum Wohlfühlen parat. Zwei klitzekleine Mängel waren nur die fehlende Halterung für die Duschbrause sowie die lockere Armatur am Spülbecken. Aber ansonsten passen Ausstattung und Wohlfühlfaktor perfekt zusammen für einen sehr guten Preis. Vielen Dank für diese tolle erste Erfahrung in Swinemünde! Wir kommen gern wieder!
