The Neighborhood:

The flat is located on Luzycka Street in the seaside town of Swinoujscie. The apartment is located in an attractive area that is well connected to the rest of the city. The sea is only 2.8 km away. This is an amazing location providing peace and tranquillity, with access to shops and great restaurants. The "Usedom" shopping centre can be reached on foot in 5 minutes, the "Bielik" ferry in 10 minutes and the Promenade with its beautiful sandy beach in 15 minutes. If the temperature does not encourage outdoor seaside adventures, you can go to the Baltic Park water park (2 km from the apartment). In the immediate vicinity there are numerous shops, cafés and restaurants offering a wide range of fish specialities and world cuisine. Families with children will certainly appreciate the park with playground 500 m away as well.
