Sehr schönes Haus, interessante Architektur.

Sehr schönes Haus, interessante Architektur. Leider ist die Inneneinrichtung etwas "heruntergekommen" und bräuchte dringend eine Renovierung - bes. die Küche und die Türen. Auch Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck sind nicht mehr vollzählig und die Küchengeräte sehr alt und "billig", funktionieren jedoch einwandfrei. Die großen Glasflächen lassen viel Licht in den Wohnraum, was.uns sehr gefallen hat. Bei Sturm und Kälte strahlen sie jedoch leider auch viel Kälte ab. Da helfen die dicken Gardinen. Insgesamt ein tolles Haus, das eine "Aufhübschung" gebrauchen könnte - auch auf den Terrassen.

Das Haus ist praktisch für Hund und Mensch, weil der Boden durchgängig gefliest ist, und durch die großen Fensterflächen ist es so hell und bei Sonne schnell warm. Der Kamin ist genial - wissen wir vom letzten Jahr-, aber es war dann doch zu warm, und wir haben ihn gar nicht gebraucht. Die Ausrüstung der Küche ist rudimentär, aber okay. Lüftung ist laut, Fernseher hatte Funktionsprobleme. Die Scheiben waren vor uns nicht geputzt; jetzt sind sie sauber...

Uns haben Haus und Gegend sehr gut gefallen.

Uns haben Haus und Gegend sehr gut gefallen. Ja, das Haus ist etwas älter und an den Küchmöbeln sind abgeplatzte Lackstellen. Und? Bad, Küche, Schlafräume und Wohnzimmer waren sehr sauber. Die Fenster hatten einige Putzstreifen - für uns war das okay. Ich kann die Beurteilung von Heidi da nicht verstehen - das Haus war nicht heruntergekommen, es ist einfach schon etwas älter. Der Garten war gepflegt, das Dach war nicht verdreckt. Geschirr, Gläser und Besteck war mehr als ausreichend - nur von den Teelöffeln waren nur 2 da. Auch die Bratpfanne war zerkratzt - richtig. Wahrscheinlich von Gästen, die mit beschichteten Pfannen nicht umgehen können. Wir haben einfach in der Servicestelle nachgefragt und siehe da - es gab sofort Nachschub an Teelöffeln und auch eine neue Bratpfanne wurde uns mitgegeben. In der Zwischenzeit war auch ein Servicemitarbeiter im Haus, um eine lose Küchenlampe zu reparieren und ein kaputtes Leuchtmittel wurde auch ausgetauscht. Bei unserer Rückkehr waren unsere gemeldeten Mängel beseitigt.Mein Tipp: einfach mal nachfragen und schon lassen sich Probleme lösen! Wir waren jedenfalls sehr zufrieden mit dem Haus und noch mehr mit den Mitarbeitern von Novasol.

Nicht sauberes Ferienhaus

Die Dusche im Badezimmer ist verschimmelt der Whirlpool war siffig Gelb. Die Brause auch komplett schwarz. Das Fenster musste aufbleiben sonst stank es. Am Badezimmerregal stank es nach pipi. Und die Rohre sind verstopft. Töpfe/Pfannen dreckig. Fenster waren nicht geputzt. Überall Staub die Betten nicht sauber gemacht nur ordentlich hingelegt hatten im Bett chinesische Nudeln vom Vorgänger. Unter den Betten Staubmäuse. Alles total verlebt und sollte mal erneuert werden. Preis ist nicht gerechtfertigt. Von Sauberkeit keine Spur. Nicht weiterzuempfehlen. Sind nur geblieben da es schon ein stolzer Preis war den wie gezahlt haben.
