The main living space is stylishly designed in an exemplary instance of small space living. The bijous broken-plan lounge and dining area seamlessly invites you to cook, dine or chill. Large windows flood the room with natural light, and the thoughtfully chosen furnishings provide reams of effortless comfort. This space is perfect for unwinding with a book, catching up on your favourite shows, or sharing meals with loved ones.


Ideal for families, this beach hideaway offers a master bedroom complete with king-sized bed and ample built in storage. The second bedroom is a twin room, where you can snooze off a day’s surfing. After a day at the beach, treat yourself to a luxurious soak in the stylish full bathroom, complete with a deep angular tub.


Bondi offers more than just a place to stay; it's an experience waiting to be had. The vibrant neighbourhood gives you easy access to everything this iconic area has to offer. Stroll to the beach for a morning swim, grab a coffee at one of the iconic neighbour cafes, browse the market stalls at Bondi Local markets on a weekend and catch a sunset cocktail at the famous North Bondi Fish.

The Neighbourhood

Of course the famous Bondi beach is a must, and we couldn’t recommend the mesmerising Bondi to Coogee coastal walk any more!
If you’re an avid golfer, you’re in the perfect place to practise, as the Bondi Golf and Diggers Club is a stones’ throw away.
If it’s shopping you’re after, Bondi weekend markets are a must and they’re an easy walk from your door.
Bondi Icebergs Club is an international landmark which is not to be missed! The home of Winter swimming since 1929 this famous pool is open to visitors all year round. Located above the pool is a fabulous clubhouse where you can enjoy sweeping views over the pool and Bondi beach as you drink or dine.
There are great public transport links around this property, and you’re welcome to bring your own car. If you don't have a car we recommend a number of car-sharing apps such as Uber and Taxify.

"Maintenance & Booking Policy Note:

We are committed to providing efficient maintenance services. However, please be aware that we can only attend to maintenance issues during regular work hours. Callouts cannot be confirmed on weekends (Fridays 4 pm - Monday 10 am) and public holidays, as well as outside work hours (after 4:00 pm - before 9 am, Monday-Friday). We understand the importance of prompt repairs and will respond to all requests within 24 hours, arranging tradespeople during work hours.

Our deposit policy requires a 50% payment at the time of booking, and credit card transactions will have a non-refundable fee of 3.5%.

The security bond will only be held through pre-authorization 1-2 days before arrival. Depending on the property's size, this pre-authorization hold will range from $500 to $2,000 and is required 1 day prior to arrival. Selected properties may request guests' IDs for verification.

To avoid credit card fees, guests can opt for bank transfers for payment. Please inform the host in advance if you will use this payment method."
