Welcome to this unique two-storey loft on the 3rd floor of a boutique building with a luxury water-fountain entrance. Enjoy beautiful courtyard views with access to BBQ areas and a pool. The upper level features an open-plan queen bed (not an enclosed bedroom) with its own balcony, while the lower level offers a spacious living area with a king single sofa bed for a 3rd guest and a second balcony to relax and people-watch. Unwind with the 75` TV, board games, and plenty of cozy spaces throughout—your stylish and comfortable retreat awaits.

Guests have full access to the entire two-storey loft, including both balconies, the fully equipped kitchen, living area, and all entertainment amenities.
