Great Location, Pushy & Noisy

Great location, but several issues detracted from my stay. When I checked in, the staff told me they had run out of toothbrushes and that replacements wouldn’t arrive for another five days. I also felt uncomfortable when they tried to sell me timeshare packages, maybe I got targeted for it because I was travelling alone. The most unacceptable problem was the drilling noise from the room above before 8 am. When I phoned reception, the receptionist insisted there was no drilling and said maintenance would look into it later. The noise had stopped after the called. By the time the maintenance worker knocked on my door at 9:30 am just after I had managed to fall back asleep. I understand that maintenance is necessary, but please don’t start at 8 am, pretend you don’t know about it, and then wake guests again to “check” their room when the problem clearly isn’t there.

Great location,5min walk to Museum u-ground station and nearby shopping centre. Fast check in and out.adequate lifts.Unit clean and comfortable, included kitchenette ,TVs in both sitting room and bedroom. Large sliding doors to very small outside balcony. plenty of space. On checkout was able to leave suitcases in cloakroom. Will stay here on future visits to Sydney.
