Horrible n that's just the start.

I stayed at this property for 8 nights and was very disappointed with the overall experience. Dirty dishes were left on the floor outside rooms for over 24 hours without being cleaned up, which was quite unhygienic and unpleasant. During my entire stay, the staff never greeted me or offered any kind of welcome, which made the atmosphere feel cold and uninviting. The room itself lacked basic modern features—there was no smart TV, and the Foxtel service was fuzzy and didn’t work properly. I attempted to order room service and called repeatedly for over an hour with no answer. Eventually, I gave up and went across the road to eat. To top it off, the checkout experience was just as impersonal. The staff member at the desk didn’t speak to me at all—she simply handed me the bill with the EFTPOS machine beside it, offering no goodbye or thank you. Overall, the lack of hospitality and poor service made for a disappointing stay. I would not return or recommend this hotel.

On arrival in our first room my wife & I were met with the stink of wet carpet as the fridge must have leaked & a loud fan/dryer was in operation. The second room had two single beds, no double bed, a broken power point, stained towel, upside down toilet roll holder (so the roll kept falling off), the shower flooded the bathroom, no toilet brush, the soap dispenser was placed over a metre from the sink & the corridor smelt. The whole place looked tired & in need of a re-paint & general clean

The beds were comfortable, the staff were very attentive, and the breakfast was great. The pool was heated and open until 10pm which was fantastic after long days playing sport. We would happily stay here again
