North Bondi is a relaxed, family-friendly part of Sydney’s iconic Bondi Beach. You’ll be just a short stroll from the sand, coastal walks, and some of the area’s best local cafés and restaurants.



The neighbourhood has a laid-back vibe, with a mix of locals, surfers, and visitors enjoying the beach lifestyle. Bondi’s main strip is nearby, but North Bondi is quieter — perfect for guests looking to unwind while still being close to the action.



You’ll find yoga studios, bakeries, parks, and buses to the city just around the corner.



Getting Around:

Everything you need is within walking distance! Bondi Beach is just a 5–10 minute walk away, and there are plenty of cafes, shops, and restaurants nearby.

Public transport is easy:

🚌 Buses to Bondi Junction and the Sydney CBD are just a few minutes' walk from the apartment.

🚗 Street parking is available (please check local signs for restrictions).

🚶‍♀️ Walk to the famous Bondi to Coogee coastal walk, just minutes from your door.

No car needed — you can explore most of Bondi on foot!



Other Things to Note:

Linen fee of 35AUD if you need to use the sofa bed.



Before check-in, all guests are required to complete a security verification process, which includes uploading a valid photo ID and a selfie to confirm booking details. For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.



Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.



There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.



Vaping is strictly prohibited within the unit. Fire detectors are sensitive and may be triggered by vapour. Any fire brigade call-out fees resulting from vaping will be charged to the guest. Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350. And $1000 for smoking.
