So quiet. Was worried because it is right on Parramatta Road. Didn't have to be. No trafffic noise. Staff so friendly and helpful. Room was perfect and very clean.

I was amazed how meticulous they were cleaning. I saw them cleaning stuff no other hotel does. It is not a new hotel, but the renovations make it seem new. They have done a superb job renovating. The people were extremely friendly.

Staff was nice & room was good. But it was very noisy, around 4-5am birds would loudly be heard in the property, aswell, they made us buy are own soap for the laundry machine.
