Each member of the staff was very friendly and helpful. They took care of everything we needed plus. There was absolutely nothing I could find wrong. I strongly recommend upgrading to an upper floor. It included many extras you don’t get from a regular room. Worth the extra for upgrade.

Lovely room on 22nd floor had great views of the harbour and surrounds. The staff at the Shangri-La are lovely and friendly, the rooms are serviced daily and I liked having a Nespresso in the room. This hotel is perfectly positioned for easy walking to everything. The Harbour Bridge, The Opera House, Circular Quay (for Ferries and Metro), The Rocks' selection of great Eateries, Gelatos, and Kid's Playground. Will be back.

Excellent room and service, however, there was no soap in the bathroom. I alerted the staff and problem was corrected immediately. Check in service and staff totally proffessional 1st class! Will definitely be staying there again my next trip to Sydney or to other parts of the world.
