It was completely dirty. The dirtiest hotel have ever been to. I’m a male solo traveler and I rarely complain, but if you go with your wife or female partner, be ready for a nightmare holiday. I would not stay again.

They need to update their website pictures, it is not accurate and misleading. I get that it is not the most expensive, but lack of maintenance and upkeep is starting to show.

The treatment we received from Expedia was absolutely disgusting.. Having found out that the property was nothing even close to the pictures UNO were putting on there website, and having made about 50 calls to UNO with NOT 1 call being answered and then being in touch with Expedia about our complaint , they simply said that we weren't able to receive our money back ...Totally pathetic for such a Large company . Thanks for nothing 😡
