Hotel is conveniently located, being close to several parks, Lavender bay and Luna Park, with the railway station basically next door Great views of the harbour even from the basic rooms The staff are very helpful and approachable, they were willing and able to accommodate all my requests Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable, and the room service food is excellent Stayed here twice now for multiple nights, highly recommended The nightly surcharge is absolutely reasonable compared to the extortionate fee other places charge for having a pet Parking is also reasonably priced and if your car won't fit in the car park, limited spaces are available outside reception The railway line runs underneath, this seems to bother other reviewers, I found it became part of the background noise after awhile

Excellent stay in Sydney!

Easy train ride to the hotel. Check-in was early and very easy. Room was nice, excellent view of Sydney Harbour. Very enjoyable stay!
