Nachdem ich wegen des Bahnstreiks versucht hatte, kostenfrei zu stornieren, sich das Hotelmanagement allerdings nicht darauf eingelassen hat, habe ich Expedia mitgeteilt, dass ich die Buchung dann doch wahrnehme. Dies ist aber angeblich dem Hotel nicht mitgeteilt worden... Sodann funktionierte kein Heizkörper im Zimmer, was ich bereits Freitag spätnachmittags mitgeteilt hatte. Bei Rückkehr funktionierte sie immer noch nicht. Erst als wir dies am nächsten Morgen erneut moniert haben, teilte man uns mit, dass im gesamten Hotel die Heizung ausgefallen sei. Man sei bereit, uns einen Heizlüfter ins Zimmer zu stellen. Das ist dann auch passiert. Aber die Heizung war bis Sonntag nicht funktionsfähig, warum auch immer…

Neuer Name, neuer Look - tolles Team. Die Unterkunft war vor dem Check in schon für uns fertig, was super war. Tolles unkompliziertes, Hilfbereites Team. Die Lage fußläufig vom Bahnhof Westerland ist einfach super. Das Frühstück, hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen.
