House by the Sea App. 48a Location: The apartment with sea view and west balcony is on the 2nd Floor of a well-kept apartment house in the spa center, right on the main beach. The house is centrally located in Westerland, between the two large pedestrian zones. Many shops and restaurants are nearby. Size: 1-room apartment approx. 25 m² for 2 people. Equipment: In the living room, two individually foldable wall beds are placed next to each other in a wall unit. A small couch with dining area is available. From the west balcony you can see the sea. In the hallway is a kitchenette with u. a. Dishwasher and microwave with baking function housed. The bathroom has a shower. Please note the regulations for the separate tourist tax of the respective municipality on Sylt. This will be charged separately and is due at the latest on arrival
