Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit kleinen Startschwierigkeiten
Ruhiges Appartment in idealer Lage: Meer und Marschen liegen gleichermaĂen nahe, nach Westerland sind es nur wenige Kilometer. Die Ausstattung der RĂ€ume entsprach vollstĂ€ndig der Beschreibung. Kleinere Probleme gab es nur am Anfang, da versehentlich nicht die gemietete Wohnung, sondern (wie sich spĂ€ter herausstellte) die nicht gebuchten Extra-RĂ€ume unter dem Dach mit BettwĂ€sche und HandtĂŒchern ausgestattet worden waren. Ein Anruf bei der Agentur brachte schnell Abhilfe. Dass wegen der Pandemiesituation ein besondere ReinigungsgebĂŒhr erhoben wurde, war völlig OK. Nicht so gut fand ich dagegen, dass die Aufteilung des Gesamtpreises auf Miete und Nebenkosten abweichend von der ursprĂŒnglichen Buchung vorgenommen wurde und eine Bitte um Korrektur unbeantwortet blieb.
