Conveniently located 3 minutes from Dillsboro and Tuckasegee River, 5 minutes from Downtown Sylva, 10 minutes to Western Carolina University (WCU) 15 minutes to Cherokee & Casino, 20 minutes to Great Smoky Mountain National Park, and 20 minutes to Bryson City. Cozy up by the indoor fireplace, gather around the outdoor firepit for smores, Play cornhole and ladder golf in the yard, and relax on the outdoor deck. Comfort, relaxation and fun await!
