This restored property is typical of the older houses built in Chorion. It is located on a small square and one of the most important streets of Chorion connecting the Agios Athanassios church with the neighbourhood of Lieni. The house maintains its original cobblestone floor and is painted in yellow ochre and carmine tones. During the restoration, all the original decorative features were carefully preserved. The house also features a terrace with stunning 360-degree views of Symi, a balcony, a traditional vaulted oven, an underground cistern, two traditional stoves, and a vaulted basement.
Symi Uptown Carmine features two separate studios: Symi Uptown Carmine Street View Studio and Symi Uptown Carmine Sea View Studio. Access to the terrace is exclusive to the tenants of Symi Uptown Carmine Sea View Studio.
